UNA Hotel was better than expected. We lived there for a week in June 2012. Attractive lobby and reception in both exterior and interior bearing property appears to be a good hotel. They had arranged it so that our rooms were very close to each other. The rooms are new and modern but slightly varied size. Good bed but some...

Nice hotel at first glance......but when actually in....more like a two star at four star prices. No amenities at all...no vending machines...no ice....no pool....no anything...terrible air conditioners...our first room was infested with ants...ok restaurants for breakfast. Location ok if you wish to be near Termini train station. Overall...after spending 2 nights sweating in this hotel...changing room 3 times...and spending 2...

Dear DR We are sorry that you were not entirely impressed with your stay at UNA Hotel Roma and we thank you for taking the time to share you feedback to us. Being a four star hotel we do strongly believe in service and do not think that vending machine are representative of this. We also would like to inform...

We stayed in this hotel as we were traveling to Venice by train after four days and the railway station is a stones throw away. The rooms are very modern and well appointed with excellent bathrooms including walk in showers. The bar is well worth a visit early evening as they prepare canapes which are free to all hotel guests....

We very much enjoyed staying here. The room was beautiful, very nicely appointed, and with the heavy duty window closed it was easy to forget that we were so close to Termini station. The breakfasts were excellent! Location was very nice for getting around, definitely would stay again.

The hotel was brand new, comfortable and well located next to the Termini railway station thus ideal for a city break and sightseeing in the centre of Rome. The staff were helpful, the rooms nicely furnished and very clean - I especially liked the spacious shower...

Travelling offensivo to Rome you need to find an hotel that looks always the same, clean with a good bathroom, and Una offer this, location is good at walking distance to the station but just outside the bad area. The hotel is clean and smart, for sure I recommend it. For business but also for a trip to Rome. Good...

A fantastically modern hotel. I was treating my wife to our second honeymoon holiday of 3 and so Rome was a perfect place to explore. We booked an exec room which was humongous and fantastically decored. A very large bed, sofa, enormous bathroom. The location was excellent and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It wasn't cheap and the price...

This was our second UNA hotel this trip. As with the first, the hotel is very stylish and in a good location - less than 100m from Roma Termini station. Couple of gripes though. First, our choice of per-booked room were overbooked (disapointing) but we were offered an appealing discount on a upgrade which - in the end - was...

Just 150 metres from the main train staion termini. Very handy for the hop on hop off red double decker bus stopping at a number of historical sites including the Vatican. Very modern hotel with friendly staff surronded by resturants etc: We did have to take our own luggage up to our rooms even though the hotel had been paid...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
