Really easy to find hotel, arrived from Termini station and just a few streets away. Only 30 mins train journey from Fiumicino Airport, or 60 mins by bus. cheap aswell. Very luxurious from first impressions compared to other hotels around. Very modern and sleek. Staff were super friendly and keem to let you know the best ways to get around...

Didn't know a thing about the hotel but was wonderfully surprised by the high quality experience. The room, bathroom, entire hotel, staff, breakfast, Internet speed, and location all exceeded my expectations. Happy to recommend to my friends.

We had picked this hotel based on the excellent ratings it received and the good value that was available on the rooms. We were right to do so. It looked brilliant from the first moment we walked in and we were very pleased to be upgraded to a suite (thank you Annalisa!). When we got into the room, it was...

We stayed one night at the Una Hotel after an 8 day holiday in Sorrento. We were delighted upon arrival to be told that we had been upgraded to a suite - which was simply amazing. This made the perfect end to a perfect holiday. The Reception staff were both charming and helpful. They had actually arranged a private transfer...

We entered the hotel and were immediately surprised at how nice the interior looked. Thinking it may have only been the foyer and the rooms would be average, we were again pleasantly surprised to find the rooms were just as nice! Bathroom was new, spacious and very clean (a big bonus in Europe). We also had a balcony attached to...

First of all the location of the hotel is great, with railway, bus and metro station near at hand and most of the tourist attractions close by and well connected. The reception staff are cordial and helpful. Our triple sharing room had free bar (regularly replenished) and high speed wi fi connection. The room is comparable to any five star hotel...

This hotel was chosen because we had just done the 4 star hotel near the Trivi Fountain which left us looking for a newer, larger room maybe not right in the thick of things but similar access to the highlights of Rome. The difference being this time we were right by a Rome metro and could get to almost any...

We stayed here for our last night during our recent short break in Italy. It's a lovely modern hotel with very comfortable rooms and really convenient for the railway station. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the reception and bar staff very helpful. In the morning we were going to Tivoli Gardens by the 7.25 am train so...

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and my daughter. I was very disappointed with the behaviour of some of the reception people. I was staying there alone for business and my family joined me in the middle of week. The reception called at midnight and wake up the whole family because they wanted to have a look at...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
