Wifi was great in our room. We had 2 smart phones and an iPad connected and no issues

I don't think the rooms only have a balcony, I am not sure, but all the studios and appartments do... it is wonderful !!!!

There are three Holiday Inns in Rome. Anywhere between 3 to 9 kilometres.
