A great hotel with wonderful staff. From the doorman, to the reception, restaurant and bar, everyone was genuinely nice. As we were on our 1st wedding anniversary we received an upgrade in room which set the tone for a wonderful visit. We had room service which was both quickly delivered and taken away. The staff at breakfast were incredibly attentive...

Overall it was extremely nice! Perfect crew! The bedrooms are a bit smaller and the ceiling is low which I don't like but that's my problem. The bathrooms are marvellous. One downer: The Burger we ordered to the room wasn't fried and crispy but cooked and from horrible meat. But who orders a burger in Rome, right?

We loved the accommodation, the price and the location. The restaurant was great. We will be happy to recommend to friends and stay here again. Breakfast was also nice. We did not try the spa--because it was closed early morning and late evening, which was a pity.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice: quality of the hotel and room and professionalism and kindness of the all staff. Proximity to many interesting sites is a "plus". Like we say in French, all good things come to a end, it was to short to visit all we would have liked to. We will come back later, for sure....

If you want to feel like royalty this is the hotel for you. The service is impeccable. We booked a superior room which for the price we paid exceeded our expectations. Beautiful room, bathroom and roomy closet. Cleanliness/housekeeping all 5 stars. We were presented with a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival and fruit. We are not sure why -...

We had a lovely short break in this hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Superb location in a great city. Everything was excellent and very enjoyable. One little grip though when I was asked to pay @19 euro to use the swimming pool ?? Why is that? Never heard of anything like it.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
