Nice rooms clean and tidy Location great very close to Vatican, it's at the top of the road and the first thing you see is St Peters dome wow..... Walking distance to all locations Can use bus but can be traumatic getting on and off at times in rush periods Breakfast great Would return anytime

Jonathan and Manuela were great hosts. They set up private cars to and from Airport at a reasonable price (45 Euros) and provided breakfast in the morning. This is a condo rental, so you aren't in a hotel...which may be surprising to some. But is is homey and safe. Very walkable to Vatican city which is a plus!

We stayed for two nights, brought my grandmother to the Vatican. The Vatican is about a 20 min walk (grandmother pace) about 10 if you are young & it's easily walked. The owner was very helpful & pleasant. I did feel that it was overpriced for the actual accomodation & it was not cheap. Now to the room...The shower leaked... More

It was great to have our ride arranged from the airport-so convenient and easy after a long trip. Thank you! This place is tucked back off a main street in one of several large apartment buildings. Security seemed good. We felt warmly welcomed and got tourist advice and a map and were encouraged to ask any questions, etc. Our bedroom... More

This Bed and breakfast is great for its standard. It is clean, orderly and allows room for freedom. The hosts are the highlight of the B&B. They are simple, warm hearted and pleasant individuals. They are extremely helpful and in my case checked us in after midnight. On the other hand, breakfast is quite basic and the same menu is... More

We loved the location and personal service. Off the beaten path but a five minute walk to the train station or Vatican City. Clean and well suited for a family of four. The managemetn was exceptional and responsive. Free wifi and continental breakfast. Highly recommend for those that want to be close and on a budget. A/C in the room... More

I loved the triple occupancy room we booked from booking.com for Holiday a San Pietro. Manuela arranged for a cab to pick us up from the airport , which obliviously made things easier. :-) small and comfy , the rooms proved to be perfect after long days of walking around Rome. Manuela was so helpful and even booked the Vatican... More

I must say we were a little cramped in our room, and at first sight we weren't sure how a family of four with two young adult daughters were going to manage living several days with very little space to walk around inside the room, more so when each of us had a suitcase full of clothes and basically no... Very clean, modern rooms, with wifi, safe, drinks, etc. 2 minutes walk from Vatican, and easy bus rides to other sites around Rome. Because of limited space at reception, breakfast was brought to our room (at our specified time) every morning, which suited us fine ! Jonatan & Manuela were very helpful and friendly, and gave us keys to come... More
