We just returned from Europe and need to share one of the highlights of our trip! This property is run by two young, entrepreneurial, AMAZING young men. Daniele and Livio will be your "new best friends" from the minute you arrive providing extensive information, suggestions and history for your visit to Rome. My advice..... listen to theirs! A few other...

This place and its hosts are wonderful. They arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. As soon as we arrived two men greeted us at the entrance and pointed out some things in the area. After we checked in Daniele sat down with us and showed us the main sights on a map and made notes for...

After a long flight to Rome, it was great that we used the B&B to hire a car. We were met enthusiastically by Daniele who gave us a map and outlined what we should do for what was left of the day. The room was large, clean and the view from the sixth floor was exceptional. Our five nights were...

From the moment Daniele opened the gorgeous 18th century elevator door at the 6th level I knew I was in for a treat - bounding with energy and enthusiasm Daniele was the perfect host.  He made us comfortable with a cool drink and then chatted about our intended sightseeing. Afterwards we were shown to our very comfortable bedroom with a modern...

What can we say about 'A Touch Of Rome' that has not already been said. Believe all the great reviews. We visited in April 2012. Daniele and his team really do know how to look after you; even before you arrive you will be sent information packs to help you with your stay. Treat yourself and let Daniele arrange a...

We stayed a couple of days in this wonderful B&B, in one of the newly refurbished rooms. It was very clean, modern. We are very grateful for the very good service there and for a lot of very good tips. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody who would like to stay in the very center of Rome, near...

I was welcomed at the B+B with great big smiles and welcoming hugs. I was given so much helpful information when i arrived about where to go and what to do. I stayed in A Touch of Rome, which i thought was very immaculate. Every thing about the room was perfect. I thought the B&B was in a great location,...

This place is fantastic - before arriving, the FAQ they sent answered all our questions about Rome and seeing the sights. After arriving, we were greeted by Lourdes who couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. She gave us great information on where to go, eat and how to get there (even telling us places to avoid at night time)....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were a little concerned about being over by the Vatican, away from the center of Rome. But it worked out extremely well! It is right on the main bus stop and very close to the metro, and "touching distance" to the Vatican. Lovely historic building with very nice newly renovated rooms. The neighborhood...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
