We stayed for 8 nights at Palm Gallery in Rome and what a wonderful time we had. Daniel and the staff team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was really lovely. We had a few issues with our room, the wardrobe door fell off and the shower pressure was a teeny tiny drip, both of these were rectified immediately upon raising the issues. The shower sadly didn't seem to drain properly and ended up making the bathroom into a wet room but we got used to it! I think our floor in the room could have done with being hooved /swept and rugs shaken out each day because they got a little messy. None the less we had the most wonderful time.

The pool on the roof is a rarity in Rome so it was wonderful to have this. The loungers on the roof could have done with being cleaned brushed/plumped up each morning and I'm not sure that they were in the whole time we were there as they were all in the same position where they had been left the day before.

None of this is to say that we didn't have a lovely time because we definitely did and the hotel is in a great pretty residential location with easy bus into the main tourist attractions.

I stayed at this hotel (which I would identify more as a B&B than hotel) for one night on Jan 31. I choose the hotel to its proximity to my family . Its location is away from tourists venues , which can easily accessible via buses. This off the center location is definitely offset by the quietness of the area as well as the size of the rooms (I had room S2 and I will definitely requested in I am in Rome again) . I easily reached the hotel from/to the Termini station via bus #38. The staff was very helpful and obliging . There isn't an elevator and rooms are in the upper floors. Awesome experience

Warm and cozy hotel. Owner, Luisa, personally checked us in and gave us a map showing nearby restaurants and oriented us how to use public transportation. Staff was friendly too and they made sure we are well taken care of. The hotel has a very homey feel and is located in a residential area which gave us a feel of how locals live. The beautiful designs and decors of the hotel are outstanding. Our stay in Palm Gallery was definitely one for the books.

The Palm Gallery was very welcoming and had a refreshing funky vibe. Great breakfast, decent location, a small but awesome pool, etc.

The staff (Zeren (I think), Daniel and another man) were terrific- helpful, friendly, warm, etc. We were met with drinks, snacks, maps and a thorough and helpful orientation after arriving at 10:30 pm. They repeatedly helped us with cabs, which was important since our visit managed to encompass a metro, taxi and airport strike.

We even met the owner, who was very nice.

Quality to cost was reasonable, particularly for drinks, snacks and even laundry service.

This was our first trip to Italy and it may be standard but we wish the air conditioners were more powerful- it was particularly hot but there was a noticeable difference btw the 3 rooms.

We stayed at the Palm Gallery for 2 nights in October 2022. We had a room on the first floor with a private terrace. There is lots of storage for clothing in this room. Water pressure and hot water was excellent. There was a mini fridge in the room -fyi the water in the fridge is not included but not overpriced. There is a hotel bar so it's handy if you want a drink including good coffee. There is a hotel terrace where anyone can sit, and it was nice meeting other guests. The staff is very helpful and always nice and all spoke English. Due to our plans, we weren't able to have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked good (wasn't included in our rate). This is in a residential area so the street is not busy with traffic. We walked to the hotel from the Rome Termini station, and it was OK but next time I will take a taxi to avoid the hassle of walking with luggage (carryon and backpack). We walked to the main tourist area and it is about a 40 minute walk. There is a grocery store nearby if needed. There are restaurants nearby too. The taxi ride to the airport cost us $57 euros just so you know. If I ever go back to Rome and wanted a hotel not in the main tourist area I would stay here again in the same room and recommend it to my friends and family.

The Palm Gallery hotel is a delightful liberty-style villa surrounded by a lush garden, with charming style and decorations. Everything was spotlessly clean and sanitized, everyone was super kind and attentive, and made me feel safe and cared for at all times. The garden, a superb mix of flowers and mediterranean plants, provided an amazing outdoor relaxing option, enjoying a cocktail or a snack provided by the wonderful hotel staff.
I stayed in one of their main rooms, but the owner showed me also their beautiful dependence garden rooms which are sort of 'mini apartment' style with a small kitchen corner -would love to try this option next time! Looking forward to stay at the Palm Gallery again soon!

I stayed here and found the B&B accommodations to be clean, quiet, accommodating, with a neighborhood feel. The B&B appeared to be a converted historic building and had an authentic Roman feel to it. It was nearby to shops a few blocks away in the eastern direction and just down the block were two wonderful Italian restaurants with a community night life and a pizzeria. Staff who became familiar with me over the days I stayed there were very friendly with conversation and helpful with suggestions of nearby places for food and help with where to set up my cell phone. I enjoyed my experience and would suggest the Palm Gallery to others.

Firstly the positives. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had one of the rooms with a terrace which we thought would be worth an additional outlay as we were staying for a week. However we were disappointed that several lights in the room were not working and the room had the feeling of being a bit neglected. Breakfast was also a slightly strange affair. There appeared to be a lack of preparation and it was served a bit reluctantly and the staff appeared to lack confidence. We noticed that not many other guests were having breakfast and after a few days we also went elsewhere. The whole experience was not what the website and older reviews had led us to believe. It was slightly frustrating because you could tell that this could be, and perhaps once was, a wonderful hotel. Having said all that, we loved the location which was perfect for getting in and out of Rome by bus and getting respite from the business and noise in the evenings.

My fiancé and I just stayed at the Palm Gallery hotel and we absolutely loved our stay. Firstly the service from Daniel and the rest of the team was fantastic. They were always helpful, friendly and available. Our room was perfectly comfortable, with beautiful high ceilings and good air con, with the benefit of a beautiful outdoor terrace. The star of the show however has to be the roof terrace / pool area, which was the perfect place to hang out during the hot afternoons. The location of the hotel is great because the neighbourhood is gorgeous, with some lovely bars and restaurants, and is a 15 min taxi ride into central Rome. Would 100% stay here again.

Our four night stay at the Palm Gallery Hotel was exceptional. The boutique hotel is a converted villa surrounded by sumptuous greenery that affords gorgeous views of the charming neighborhood of Rome called Trieste Salario. (Great shops and restaurants in the immediate area…)

The hotel ambience is casual and friendly. The room was pretty, clean, modern and the linens were extremely comfortable and had beautiful sunlight and views from one of the two windows.

The hotel features a lovely pool, outdoor terrace areas for eating and a quaint sunroom for relaxing. On the hotel website they post their guiding principles: “Think from the client’s perspective.” As a seasoned traveler, the staff was some of the best — courteous, friendly, proactively attentive (in a relaxed way) which made for a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel for modern travelers to Rome looking for an authentic experience just a few minutes outside of the historic center.

It is in a residential area so there is parking available but I’m unsure if you have to pay. If you contact the hotel they will be able to advise, they are very quick to respond to any questions.

Palm Gallery is a lovely small boutique hotel. I’m not sure it would be the best choice to accommodate a group of 50. However, we also stayed at A Roma Lifestyle Hotel before we departed. They would definitely be able to accommodate a large group and it would be a beautiful location for a wedding reception.

Thank you for contacting the Palm Gallery Hotel. There is a cat in the garden, Peggy but of course she is not allowed to go in the rooms. We hosted a lot of allergic people and they were fine as the rooms are very clean. Someone posted even a review on tripadvisor (some years ago) as she was super allergic to many things. So we provided an extra attention and she was very happy.

Sorry for late answer. Hope it's not too late. There are cats, but they stay outside. FYI, I'm personnally also VERY allergic to cats, but had no problems.
