Navona Palace Luxury Inn is celebrated by guests for its modern, immaculate rooms, though the vibrant nightlife nearby can lead to some noise, a caveat for those seeking tranquility. The cleanliness of the hotel consistently impresses, with daily maintenance and fresh linens. While the spacious, well-equipped rooms are a hit, a few guests suggest that some aspects feel outdated. Despite mixed feelings about the noise and overall value, the inn's proximity to attractions and the praised breakfast options enhance its appeal. Service at the inn is frequently commended for its warmth and efficiency.

Room was clean comfortable with enough wardrobe space, big windows with shutters, good size bathroom with shower and a bath, cleaned everyday, staff were helpful and welcoming, good breakfast just next door just ask reception for a ticket on the morning staff in restaurant were very welcoming and food was a mixture of cerial, bacon eggs sausage breads with toaster lots of fresh fruit and a continental section, tea coffee juice etc.
Fabulous location easy access to all routes yes noisy at night with music and partying I would take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper but it is situated on a main street so expect some noise.
Taxi available at request at reception to airport will take approx 1 hour.
Rome is beautiful. We planned a daily itinerary before we came, so we broke it down in sections day by day it worked perfectly, visiting popular attractions in advance we brought tickets for Vatican colliseum and 72 hour hop on hop off I would do this separately if we come again as didn't really use the bus we walked everywhere 35,000 steps a day average (just buy a day pass for the bus) good old google maps works wonders and we walked down most little streets.
It is very busy and yes you get the street vendors 1000 times a day but you do most cities.
We also went to an opera which was fantastic booked this through get your guide just WOW.
Best place we eat was ponte & parione went back twice it was that nice n we to a tic toc recommended which was terrible and paid 3 times as much for the meal, ponte & parione is 2 mins from the hotel fresh delicious pasta and pizza definitely worth a visit 😋
Mr 100 tirasmau take out we had also worth a visit n never a massive que.
Take a bottle you can fill water all around Rome
Visit galleria borghese early morning if you can gets busy after 10am 5 euro each for the rowing boats walk round the park it's beautiful.
We have had a fantastic time enjoy xx

We have just returned home from staying at the Navona Palace Luxury Inn, we had the most amazing time .
What friendly welcoming staff that helped us with every query we asked them..
The hotel is spotless, rooms done everyday with fresh linen..
Breakfast was next door in the restaurant again staff very friendly and helpful, pleanty of choice and all fresh.
The location is very central to all attractions within walking distance, we did do the hop on hop off bus which I would totally recommend, we bought our tickets from the hotel which I believe are about 4 euros cheaper than buying them from the kiosks in the streets etc..
Our room was on the first floor very spacious and immaculate, we were more than happy..
We were a little concerned about reviews saying about the noise we never heard a thing we slept very well and the bed was very comfortable..
We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel and certainly recommend to our friends and family..
We love Rome and will definitely return to the Navona Palace Luxury Inn..

Absolutely amazing hotel in an amazing location with friendly staff !

Only issue is I would avoid the breakfast cafe in the morning next door to the hotel as the food isn’t great however 30 seconds from the hotel there is an amazing cafe that sells amazing breakfast called Trentaquattro Roma XXXIV which is the better option and it is also cheap !!

However besides that the hotels is amazing, rooms spotless, staff on hand if anything needed, staff sorted out any any issues we had immediately and made our stay worth it

The hotels location is perfect, a 30 second walk takes you to piazza Navona which has many different food options and all tourist locations are within at least a 30 MINUTE WALK

Trevi - 15 mins
Pantheon 10 mins
Vatican City 20 mins
Colosseum 30 mins

Some people complain about noise coming from the bars outside at night but we had no issue when we closed the windows and shutters as it completely dampened the noise out

This hotel is the perfect location for travelling every day ! The hotel will also book you a taxi on request if needed !

Will definitely recommend to people and will be returning in the future

Stayed 3 nights booked via Jet2. We’d booked a double room were given a 3rd floor apartment room, big separate lounge with 2 settees and TV
Bedroom also had TV
Both rooms had French doors to balcony, we had them open at night because it was so warm so there was some noise from outside. Summer time you’d have doors closed and aircon on!
Bathroom well equipped with toiletries, only quibble would be hairdryer which kept cutting out
Room cleaned every day and fresh towels
Breakfast in cafe next door, plentiful- hot and cold choice.
An impressive cake and pastry table!
The entrance door to the hotel is small but I’d seen a photo so knew what to look for!

Staff are lovely. Very friendly and helpful

Lots of bars and restaurants and easy walk to Vatican and St Paul’s

Nice hotel in an amazing location we had a wonderful couple days in Rome which was sadly ruined on our last night by very loud music until Two AM from a bar next to the hotel,

We were aware this was a noisy area due to the narrow streets and many restaurants and bars but we were not prepared for the level of noise until early hours, real shame and ruined our experience of the hotel.

We felt the hotel should inform guest who our staying on that side of the hotel about the extremely loud music.

On checkout we were charged city tax at reception two nights €28 we were not asked if we enjoyed our stay and to be honest the receptionist appeared not interested which again was a shame because all of the other staff we interacted with were amazing.

Breakfast is nice lots of choice and our room was small but sheets had what appeared a coffee stain also the air conditioning was not working which I reported but was not fixed during our stay, we found the WIFI also to be quite intermittent but the area has good 5g coverage.

The hotel will book a transfer to the airport for you for €55 which does making getting back to the airport convenient.

Dear Colin, We regret that your stay in our hotel during the night has benn troubled by the noise coming from adjacent streets and from clubs open till late. However, the very central location, situated in a widely busy area of intense appeal, is one of the most valuable qualities of our Hotel. We hope you can be our guest again, and on that occasion, we will do our best to give you a room less exposed to outside noise . Thanks for all the other positive notes Hope to see you soon in Rome, Romina

This hotel is a pearl in the very heart of Rome. I tried many similar places in the historical center and Navona Palace is by far the best. All looks in very good shape and perfectly maintained, differently from most places in old Roman buildings I have tried earlier. The rooms are spacious and very well organized, with everything you may need, including easy sockets for electronics, space for suitcases and a large closet to hang clothes. The bathroom looked fresh and recently renovated, and there was a towels heater already on. The room temperature was perfect, we visited end of December and nights are cold in some Roman apartments in this period, but not at Navona Palace. We stayed for New Year's eve and we all slept good, even if our room was located over a very lively street (with a beautiful view). We had help to find our way around, thanks to maps printed by the hotel (google map sometimes is tricky in Rome). We had help also to book the transfer to the airport. Unlimited amount of espresso in the room and the agreement with Bar Del Fico next door makes for a very inexpensive and rich breakfast in a lovely cafe' -rather than in a boring hotel's restaurant. For the quality of the service, the amazing location and the tidiness of the place, the cost is a bargain, you really feel you made a good deal, when comparing with nearby hotels and apartments without the same quality of service. Not to forget the staff: always around at any time of the day and night, smiling, talkative, and super efficient. Could not find one single thing to improve. We will be back!

The hotel is nice , stylish and in a vibrant area of the city and within walking distance to most attractions. There are many different choices of restaurants and other food outlets on the doorstep. Now for the bad part , the hotel is situated ( especially the back rooms ) directly across from a loud music bar that on a weekend plays music till 3.30 am that loud that the bed vibrates . So if you’re offered room 107 if you’re staying over a weekend refuse as you won’t get a wink of sleep . Breakfast is served at a bar / restaurant next door , it’s ok but very limited in choice and options but for the cost of the holiday it was fine . The only downside is the music bar on the weekend, you would think with having a hotel in the area the city council would impose restrictions on the bar as to when they could play music till and volume control .

Not a bad hotel. Staff very nice.
Decor was modern and situated in centre, a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona. Breakfast provided next door at Bar Del Fico was very nice - good selection and the staff there were also very helpful and friendly.

Few things to improve on:

The rooms with balconies need a parasol or some sort of shade, we paid extra for a balcony but couldn’t sit in it because it was too warm and there was nothing to put over our heads for protection. The sun loungers were rusty and dirty so couldn’t use those either. Outside lighting also needed on balcony so couldn’t sit out at night either.

Coffee machine needed descaled so couldn’t have any drinks from it on our last night as it wouldn’t work due to this

Mini bar prices are extortionate. Would have preferred milk in fridge to make tea/coffee as we’re not provided with coffee machine.

More attention to cleaning needed - bed headboard was dirty, walls in room had been sprayed with something so was marked and bathroom bin and shower screen was in need of a proper clean. Apart from that the rooms and beds were clean.

Stayed in a suite and a superior suite. (Family of 3 and a single family member)

Wouldn’t be against staying here again but I think there is a lot that could be done to improve the experience of staying with them.

Just back from a 4 night stay, there was 3 of us in a one bedroom room with a living room area where the couch was pulled out for an extra bed for myself, which was very comfy indeed after walking around the streets of Rome. The hotels location is amazing, everything is walkable, lots of things are a 15/20 minute walk, longest walk is to the colosseum which is a 30 minute walk. If you are doing a bus tour I think all the buses stop at castel St Angelo which is the closest from the hotel and is only a 5 minute walk away. We used the big bus which stopped there and the citysightseeing bus. There's loads of restaurants and bars on the doorstep of the hotel, everyone is very welcoming around here and the bar workers and hotel folk seem to have a great relationship so that adds to the friendly atmosphere, especially if you go to the bar opposite 'famo pace' lovely guy who looked after us and knew our order off by heart by our 2nd night. Even though theses bars were open till maybe 2 in the morning, we never heard any noise from outside in our room, room 104. The windows are double glazing and there are thick wooden shutters on them u can either leave open or close. Overall a great place to stay and be able to see and do everything on your wishlist. The breakfast was also a great way to start the day, we had a couple of days where we were there at 9:30ish and also we were there for it opening at 7:30am and all the times there was plenty there and they were still able to top things up. The only con I would say is there was no milk in the room for the coffee machine, just a small issue as we could have picked up milk in one of the shops nearby and put in our fridge, we just kept forgetting lol. Also I would remind folk that when you check out there will be a city tax charge to pay in cash only. We were there monday- Friday and paid €36.00. I also got intouch with the hotel via email, asking about arranging a special thing as it was my mum and dad's 40th anniversary and also my mums birthday while we were there, I also booked a airport transfer to the hotel via email which was a very smooth process and an easy and less hassle way of getting to and from the hotel.

On arrival the hotel is unassuming from the outside and can be easily missed (like many of the hotels and shops). The staff were polite and the check-in process was easy, we were upgraded to a suite.

The room itself was modern and comfortable, the only thing that was disconcerting was the grease stained headboard, but apart from that the room was clean and fresh,

Some reviews complained about the noise from the bars and restaurants in the evenings, so we braced ourselves for that. Surprisingly we never heard any outside noise and even checked outside to see if there was hustle and bustle as it was so quiet, which there was. The windows had additional internal windows and thick wooden shutters, these looked quite new so possibly in response to complaints, but in our experience zero noise.

The room was cleaned on a daily basis and the cleaning staff seemed to make an effort to arrange our things nicely, such as placing the teddy bear on the Childs bed, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is nicely situated, there is a huge selection of restaurants within a minutes walk and the Piazza Navona is just a 2 minute walk away, with more restaurants. In the evenings its a nice place to walk around and much more lively but still very much a family friendly atmosphere.

Only negative issue with the hotel/room was the lack of an iron and no USB charging sockets; however we found the kiosk stall directly opposite the hotel had plug adaptors and usb cables for sale, just don't forget to haggle on the prices.

Overall a pleasant experience and comfortable stay.
