We have just come home from a long weekend in Rome and stayed at this beautiful boutique style hotel. Paolo was there to greet us and explain the area and the best places to eat near by. The rooms are clean and lovely. The location couldn't really have been any better. If there was a downside well, it was that...

Rome at night on New Year's Eve has a magic atmosphere. The streets are illuminated with the Christmas light and the festive feel gives a sort of tranquil mood. Despite this year, concerts in the streets of the capital were not allowed, supposedly for the fear of terroristic attacks, there were lots of people in the streets and many heading towards...

The hotel is small with only 6 rooms. It is perfectly located within walking distance to all the major sites. The room is comfortable and the service very friendly. As a delicate attention, a pot of flowers is placed in the room when you arrive. The breakfast is basic and could be better.

The hotel is small and above shops, but in a quiet although central location near to the Spanish Steps. The rooms are stylish and have a beautiful bathroom and Paulo is very helpful with directions and suggestions - he even gave us a street map to help us find our way around. The only downside for some people would be...

When in Roma, the Spanish Steps is the place to stay and maybe TH Spagna is the room to stay in with the price. This is a small but more than adequate place which puts you in the heart of town. Paolo is a great help and you like you have your own place. It is not for certain types...

Town House Spagna was recommended by tripadvisor, Unfortunately I was below our expectations. The staff was very friendly, but small rooms with no any coat hangers in the room closets and very unreliable internet connection was not what I expect from hotel at this price level

Great and conveniently located. Many eateries nearby. And in the heart of the shopping district. Walking distance to many attractions. And close to a subway station. Very helpful and friendly service by the host, Paolo.

I will not hesitate to recommend. Great host Emmanuele. Fulfilled everything the website promised. A most secret place located in the middle of where the action is. Will definitely stay here again when given the chance to visit Rome again.
