We felt instantly at home at Maison Trevi. The room was clean, light and airy, and every need was catered for. Friendly and informative local hosts; authentic, comfortable and characterful accomodation; very convenient location for sites, good restaurants, getting-to-and-fro airport/station. Really, it couldn't have been better. This is definitely the place for people who want to experience the real Rome.

My friend and I met my college age daughter in Rome, and spent 3 nights at Maison Trevi. The location is ideal, we walked every where, with one exception, and that was because of rain. The owners, Laura and Giorgio, were very helpful, they arranged a car to pick us up at the airport, and Laura was waiting for us...

We spent 10 nights here and enjoyed our entire stay. Laura was very helpful with everything. She gave good advice on things to do and see while in Rome. The room was nice and definitely larger than what was expected. The location was great as well. The location is close to the Metro, restaurants, grocery store, and the Trevi Fountain....

This was a great place to stay for me and my family while in Rome. It was fairly convenient to public transit, and was equiped with everyhting a traveler would need (including pretty-quick wi-fi access). I would definately recommend this place to anybody traveling to Rome, and the price was great. Laura was absolutely brilliant and really welcoming and would...

In our first time in Rome we've stayed in this lovely place, that we'll never forget. The room is so clean, cozy and amazing decorated! Laura was a great host. She gave us some invaluable roman tips, like buying online tickets for the Musei Vaticani to avoid lines, where to eat, how to get to places. We felt like home!...

Very warm welcome and lots of advice on the places to eat in the area and beyond. Great spot- about 5 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain (means you can go early morning when it's almost deserted...). There is a bit of noise but, hey, you're in the middle of Rome! It was very very easy to get around via Metro...

I have been to Rome several times and I have stayed in places I liked, but no as much as I liked this one. Masion Trevi is an actual apartment turned into a cozy and very modern inn. Set at the second floor of an old building very close to Piazza Barberini, it is perfect for your stay in Rome:...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
