Les Fleurs is a cosy, cute and very well located venue. Surrounded by an exciting neighbourhood, where luxury stores, shopping boutiques, hosterias and gelaterias make of this small hotel an excellent address in Roma. The staff is efficient and warm. Always ready to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Perfect location for exploring Rome. We walked everywhere; the colosseum, Vatican City along with all the other must see sights. The house is situated beside luxury shops close to the Spanish steps. There are good restaurants close by although some are just tourist traps & should be avoided. Massimo & his team were very welcoming. Our room although on the... More

We stayed for an evening to be close to friends we were meeting for dinner. The location of the hotel is fantastic; seconds from Piazza di Spagna. The service we received from the staff was excellent and we were really made to feel at home. We were so impressed we decided to stay and extra night! Thank you Massimo and... More

Maximo couldn't have done enough for us. The staff here are absolutely amazing. We arrived at the Les Fleurs with nothing. All our belongings had been stolen the day before and we were in a sorry state. Maximo offered us coffee and plied us with biscotti. As soon as we told him what had happened he kindly upgraded us to... More

I stayed here with my family. From the moment we arrived, Massimo & his colleagues made us feel very welcome & were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. It's a tiny hotel. I counted only 5 rooms. But whilst it is small in size, the rooms are big, the bathrooms even bigger & it is pristeen clean. The finish... More

While Les Fleurs is classified as a B&B on TA, in our opinion it is more a small, boutique hotel. The location is ideal, the rooms are modern and impeccable ( the most spacious and well lit bathroom during our 3 week stay in Italy ). The service is friendly, very efficient and the staff were eager to offer information... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
