They tell you that you are directly next to the Trevi fountain and you get to the hotel and find you are a 5 minute walk away. You pay heaps of money for the location and find that it's a lie. Staff weren't very helpful...More

We were unaware that we would not be staying in the main Hotel Trevi Collection, and we ended up in a room down the road in an annex, which is euphemistically called The Spanish Art Hotel. This room cost us approx. £1000 for 5 nights!...More
