Travelling on Business and staying over in Rome over weekend to explore the beautiful Architectural marvels of Ancient Rome...Residenza Maritti, approximately 500 year old building overlooking Augustus Forum was transformed into beautiful Apartment by Marritti Family was my proper gateway to the city.

Thank you Pankay for you review.
Being able to help our own guests is, in our view, a significant positive element in the perception, non only of the Residenza Maritti, but also of Rome.
Stayed in the Contemporary Suite with my daughter and her two children. Their first visit to Rome and this was an ideal place. The room was wonderfully spacious and the views were amazing. The communal kitchen area was great for us as a family and...More

We are glad your stay was fabulous.
See you in Rome and at Residenza.
We stayed at Residenza Maritti for three nights in March, and absolutely loved it. The room was excellent and had an astonishingly good view out over the Forum of Augustus and towards the Capitoline and the Forum Romanum. The residenza itself is the family home...More

For us is very important preserving and spreading the philosophy of Relational Tourism.
Everything about the Residenza Maritti was wonderful, from the charming hosts (including Dad, who I inadvertently woke up when my flight got me in an hour ahead of schedule), to the delicious breakfasts served in a beautiful exposed-brick building next door, and finally, to the...More

Dear Anne, thank you for your lovely review!
We are happy when our guests carry in their heart a nice note of their stay in Rome and at Residenza Maritti.
My second stay (1 adult, 2 teenagers) at Residenza Maritti, previous Sept 2013 (2 adults). Location, Service and Value propositions remain. It's minutes walking to Colossuem, the Roman Forum either greets you every morning as you open the curtains or exit the building. Other tourist...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.

No coffee making facilities in the actual room but each room shares a common kitchen with coffee, cooking and a fridge available. Its like being at home, you walk out of your bedroom and into the kitchen.
