Thank you David for your appreciation. You are right, we love Rome and our House and we love to share all we can with our guests. We have planned some renovations, but we need to go step-by-step, old Houses must be treated with respect. Thanks...More

While priced and classified as a B&B, this didn't feel like one at all. We were on a level with three other rooms with private ensuit bathrooms each, but sharing a kitchen (which was good to have). The room ("Retro") was quiet and we rarely...More

We visited Rome and stayed in this historical residence for 5 nights. We had a great experience. The owner (brothers) are very nice, the building is at a very unique location, very quiet. Will stay again if I come back to Rome.

There is this mindblowing app called Googlemaps you should check out. It's a nineteen minute walk from the appartment to the steps. Distance is 1,6km. You'll burn 87 kcal.

No coffee making facilities in the actual room but each room shares a common kitchen with coffee, cooking and a fridge available. Its like being at home, you walk out of your bedroom and into the kitchen.
