The staff at the hotel are rude, the breakfast was pathetic, there's no room service, the beds are hard. Theirs no sink in our annex suit so it's basically just a large room they've filled out with furniture! Over priced and underwhelming.

Nothing royal about these suites/big rooms and nothing friendly or helpful about the staff. Poor show!!! And we have not even slept on the hard mattress yet or tried any of the food. Manners don't cost a cent!!!!

My Partner and I were in Rome for the Ireland v Italy Rugby and wanted a really central Hotel with 24 hour reception and comfortable rooms. The Spagna Royal Suite fitted the bill perfectly, literally around the corner from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain in a very smart area with great restaurants and fashionable shops. The Hotel is across...

Beautiful suites at good prices, all decorated differently. Clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is situated in the heart of Rome, near to Metro station Spagna and within walking distance to all sights (Colosseo, Vittorio Emmanuele, Piaza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Via Veneto). It's 2 minutes away on foot to Piazza di Spagna,...

Have been to Rome many times and this hotel is outstanding. Location and decoration are superb, and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Looking forward to making this my go-to hotel in Rome. Staff were lovely!

My fiance and I stayed here for our christmas trip this year, we picked a standard room since all the suites were very expensive. I did not know that there were no pictures of the standard rooms when I booked the hotel, through booking.com, but that's alright. I have been to Rome one other time and we stayed at a...

We have spent 3 nights there, rooms have unforeseen decoration, bath are stunning, quality of the mattress top notch, we really enjoyed our rest time there. Cleanliness very good. Space, bathroom really big the room itself little small for travellers with big suitcases. Wifi, correct, decent speed. Location, Excellent. Need to improve the breakfast, everyday the same and not a...

So we booked this hotel at the urging of another couple that had stayed previously. We were not disappointed. The best part about the hotel is it's location. It's central to the Piazza Spagna which contains the Spanish steps (and just about every high end store in the world). If you saw Roman Holiday, this is where Gregory Peck sees...
