Flying to Rome for a cruise. Planned to stay at this hotel the night before departure. My flight from the US was diverted due to weather. I contacted them 12 hours prior to check in to cancel and obtain a refund which they refused. Seems...More
A group of us stayed in this hotel in May 2018. This was the sixth or seventh time we have taken groups to hotel Olympic. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from St Peter's Square. The best thing about this hotel is the...More
The hotel was conveniently located near the Vatican. Rooms were clean, air conditioned and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of shops, restaurants and a mini market located near-by. I would recommend.
Stayed at Grand Olympic hotel. Basic hotel but clean and location is excellent for Vatican. Streets close to hotel have plenty of shops market stalls and restaurants. Hotel staff helpful and good breakfast. Would use this hotel again.
Friendly, helpful staff went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed- very clean, quiet rooms in a cental location- easy walk to shops, restaurants and attractions, plus delicious breakfast included. I would stay here again when visiting Rome.
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets,
quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
