This was a nice hotel for a great price and I enjoyed exploring Rome from here. I really appreciated the warm welcome from Adriano at the front desk and the upgrade for my IHG membership was nice -- a complimentary access to the lovely buffet breakfast with local offerings. They were also very helpful in calling me taxis and the...

The staff is very friendly. Price is reasonable. The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the nearest subway Battistini (48 hour subway ticket is 12.5 euros). Shuttle is not free though, 4 euros per person round trip. The bus also doesn't function all day, see the photo attached with the schedule. Uber from Castle di Angelos to...

The property is good. Neat rooms, clean sheets and towels. Courteous and helpful front desk staff. So, what's the problem? First off, this is far from anywhere. Granted it has got a full-size hypermarket a short hop away, but other than that, there's nothing much to entice a tourist. The only archaeological marvel would be a half finished building just...

This hotel is great little hotel. Set off a main road but far enough that you don't get all the noise of the traffic. Not close enough to walk to the metro or into Rome but it does have shuttles running to the nearest metro station which are very useful though do cost €4 for a return. All staff members...

Booked this hotel due to my preferences as spire at IHG. It's not a newest location but the most expected issues has been already explained at the website. After some trouble during the first night, the general manager solved my problem immediately in the morning. Great service at all. The dinner was ok, breakfast is standard continental, the shuttle to...

We arrived at the hotel and were directed to the wrong place for our room so had to carry our bags (no offer to assist) from one room to another late at night having travelled for a number of hours. We were not informed prior to arriving that the pool had already closed for the season so we were unable...

It was a little far from Rome City Centre though there are shuttle buses available to certain train stations at certain timings. What my family did was to usually cab there. You can ask the reception to call a taxi for you. Breakfast is amazing, not a big spread but there is quality. The cream croissant is a must try!...

The hotel has the basic services to be used as a pit stop during the adventure in Rome, the room is enough to relax and reload energy for the next day; the bar close early so is not easy to get a drink after 22:00hrs; I got a rental car so the front desk people was very supportive to help...
