Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it's on the Via Venetzio which was great so many restaurants nearby. The hotel is elegant and clean and we were upgraded to a huge room of 700sq ft. The rooms are starting to look a bit worn, so the hotel will need to renovate at some point. Also the pool is...

Time after time I visit Rome and it just gets better: more romantic than ever! Stay for a week or a month, it will draw you back again and again. Unforgettable culture and the art of living well. Stay in the centre and walk to everything, don't forget to reserve 2 days minimum for the Vatican and its museums.

Attended a 2-day convention at this centrally-located hotel and only a nice walk away from Rome's major tourists attraction. Service was excellent and staff has an eye for details. Albeit in dire need for renovation, room was comfortable, spacious and had all necessities. Breakfast was varied and lots of options were available. Top-notch business meeting facilities.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of January. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are elegant and spacious. It is located across the street from the American Embassy, and just a short walk to the Hard Rock Cafe, and several outdoor cafes on Via Vettorio Veneto. We loved the location, and even went to see a...

I was hesitant to stay at first to stay because of some of the reviews then asked business associates that reside in Rome that advised me to stay at the Westin. Well. they were right! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel itself seemed very large but was quite easy to navigate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in nice area and we were able to walk to many attractions and also the metro station. My room was quite spacious and the bathroom was huge. I would definitely...

We recently stayed at the Westin for our trip to Rome as well as day trips to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast and were so glad we did. The hotel is extremely historic, but well-kept so you get to see the grandeur of a fancy historic hotel, but with modern amenities. The location is great, literally a few minutes’ walk...

Stayed here with my family for five nights in early 2017 as part of a multi-destination vaction in France and Italy. Without a doubt, this property was the best in all regards of any hotel we stayed in during our trip. The five star service was apparent from the moment our taxi pulled up as several staff retrieved our bags...

Lovely hotel situated in a 200 year old building usually means small stuffy room with old furniture and crusty staff. Not so for this well managed hotel with reasonable breakfast. Excellent gym facilities and enormous foyer area with bar. Good location just around from top of the Spanish steps.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
