This is an excellent hotel in an excellent location. We have stayed here now 3 times over the last 5 years, and will do so on all our trips to Rome. The staff are just wonderful, and so very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very central which makes it so convenient for walking around Rome and all the famous...

Great location, all staff were friendly & nothing was too much trouble If arriving at airport, my recommendation would be Leonardo express train (don't forget to validate your ticket on platform!) then cross over to bus station and get number 85 bus to Corso, buy ticket from information office and again validate tickets when you get on the bus. Bus...

We were in Rome for 4 days from the 1st October, staying at the Regno. We really enjoyed our stay as we found it comfortable and close to many of the popular attractions we were wanting to see. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to walk to most of these. Our room was a good size, on...

It is a cute old hotel in a great location. It has a yesteryear motif. It is located in the centre of Rome not far away from the most prestiges tourist attractions. You can reach them all in walking distance, e.g. Piazza del Popollo, the Pantheon, the Forum Romanun, the Colloseum...all within a 15 minute walking distance. A lot of...

Dear Friend, thank you for taking the time to leave such a nice comment on tripadvisor. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at the Regno Hotel and we are sorry you did not quite like the room, as you said the Building is very old (late 1700) and all the rooms have different shapes, we would have changed it...

We stayed for 6 nights at Hotel Regno. Our room on the 5th floor had a balcony overlooking Via Del Corso. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for 2 people and luggage! The air conditioning was a bonus. The bathroom was a good size and always had plenty of hot water for the shower. The breakfast...

The reception staff greeted us by name when we arrived, and remembered us throughout our 4 day stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect, walking distance from the trevi fountain (3 minutes away), the pantheon (5 minutes) and the colosseum (10-15 mins). We booked the "small double" room, and it was quite small as the name...

This was our first visit to Rome and we could not have picked a better hotel for proximity to a number of tourist attractions (Trevi fountain (although clad in scaffolding), the Pantheon, Colosseum, etc) and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. First impressions are not encouraging. A single doorway on the Via Corso leads to a rather tired-looking reception...

This is the main street in Rome and a perfect location. It is literally blocks from Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps. From the balcony you can see the "Wedding Cake" monument and the edge of the Forum. Hadrian's Column is around the corner and you should explore all of the churches (especially the tiny ones) within walking distance. And...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
