Our stay at hotel Regno Rome , firstly I will say that the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, some thing I couldnt say for the breakfast staff who seemed resentful and ungracious. I wasn't impressed by the breakfast either, the fruit was sometimes sour or hard, there were some croissants but a huge big bowl of packets of...

I stayed at Regno Hotel for a long weekend with 6 other ladies for a Hen Party - The weather was around 30° for the few days I was there, so it was great to have good working air conditioning in the hotel / room - The price included a generous continental breakfast - The staff were very friendly and...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean but a bit tired and small. Bathroom was good with a pretty good shower. First 2 nights slept poorly due noise of next door snoring all night! Complained and were moved to a much larger room and bathroom but on the 5th floor. Found out that wifi does not work on the...

Stayed for 4 night break in superior room with terrace overlooking the Via Del Corso. Never had issues with street noise as double glazing kept out all external noise and coupled with window shutters even allowed for afternoon nap undisturbed. Rooms were adequate and spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast was good with fresh pastries/bread/fruit along with usual cereals, all regularly...

Stayed for two nights and really liked it. Reasonably priced, very clean and good free breakfast. Also liked the option of more substantial breakfasts for a very reasonable price. Would stay here again as location is perfect! Close to shopping, Trevi fountain (which sadly was closed for maintenance), close to Spanish Steps and for a reasonably fit person the walk...

I was traveling alone and safety was a big priority. The hotel Regno is located in a perfect spot - Halfway between the Pantheon and Trevi fountain on via Del Corso. The staff very nicely agreed to change my room because I wasn't getting an Internet connection. Shower is pretty small but I don't think that is atypical of the...

After a week in Tuscany, we took a train down to Rome and spent three nights at the Hotel Regno. We were very pleased with the Hotel. It is in an old building with an odd assortment of half floors and a single small elevator, but we had no problems getting up and down. The rooms were small, but adequate...

First time to Rome and this hotel was perfect for us! Staff were massively helpful throughout the entire stay. Perfect walking distance between the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon...the Colosseum wasn't far either. Only downside was that breakfast wasn't fantastic but it is a relatively small hotel so it isn't trying to cater for hundreds of people every morning! Would definitely...

Excellent location. Good size room for the money. Just a little disappointing that there was no shampoo and the size of the shower cubicle was a little on the small size. Recommend to seniors as it is in walking distance to most of the Tourist attractions.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Have stayed here on two occasions and always find the staff and amenities to be superior to other places i have stayed in Rome. Close to all must see landmarks

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
