Just returned from 4 nights at the St Regis in Rome. Wow, customer service exceeded our expectations, from the door men, concierge, Butler,checking in and checking out was off the charts. Room was newly remodeled and absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Can’t wait to return!More

When we stayed in April it was not yet complete. That said not once did it detract from our exceptional experience. I would connect via email with the General Manager to make certain you are in good shape. Enjoy
