We booked this hotel last minute because we had been let down for our hotel room with lowcostholidays. This is a pretty central hotel not far from the Colleseum and Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. Rooms are pretty small and ours had the smallest shower known...More
Second time staying at the Doria hotel. It's not my usual choice of hotel, but as a good budget base, this one has it's charms.
It's close to the Termini station, so getting to the hotel is super easy. Yep - it's got a tiny...More
We used this hotel only for the purpose of a stopover, as the next day we were leaving for the airport. Both the night and morning hotel desk staff were rude and have no clue what it means to be in the service industry. Is...More

we are very sorry for not kind welcome from our staff, usually gentle.
The structure of our hotel does not allow to have large spaces, but our rooms are clean and comfortable: beds, minibar, cableTV, internet access, hairdryer and European power sockets.

In thanking the wonderful review, we are happy to have hosted in our facility and we hope to count you among our customers again.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
