I have stayed at Hotel Genio many times; last time two years ago (see review), and it's now getting clearer to me that this hotel does not aim for recurring clients. This place needs maintenance! Internet is not working in the rooms and sometimes not even in the lobby. Water was splashing in all directions in the shower and one...

This was my second stay at the hotel, chosen because of it perfect location with all of Romes main tourist attractions and many good restaurants within walking distance. The pluses do not end with the location, the staff are generally very helpful, especially the reception team who assisted with transport and guiding us to specific locations. The rooms are adequate...

We stayed 5 days in August. The location is excellent, the service and breakfast are very good. The room is very clean and has style. You have to be a very bloated guy to find problems. Recommended in 100%

Absolutely the best location you could have. Walking distance to all the main attractions and right by the beautiful piazza Navona. The roof terrace was really nice and open all year. Staff were very friendly and we're always on hand to give advice if needed. Room was clean and you had the opportunity to control the heating yourself which I...

Location is very central and within walking distance to most tourist attractions- 5 minutes Piazza Navona, 10 minutes to the Pantheon, 15 minutes to the Vatican and 30 minutes to the Colosseum. The room was clean and comfortable but had to have the air- con on all night as it was too hot. The breakfast was continental but also had...

It's a great hotel , actually the rooms are not wide enough but as it has been built ages ago , it's okay ! Shower has a great pressure weather its hot or cold and room heater works fine . I highly advise travelers who are coming for the first time as it's easy to get used to the attractions...

I've read the reviews and all I can say is the people who put negative comments either had a grudge which they cannot get over, got out of bed the wrong side or will only be happy if they're getting top quality for nothing - or they're resided never to be happy. Don't listen or take notice. If you want...

Much More then I was expecting, as I read a lot of negative reviews prior to visiting. The hotel is very central, the room was cleaned well, breakfast was good, pastries, jam, cereal, bread, scrambled egg, the norm in Italy in general. A little incident for which is why I don't give 5 stars, I was waiting with my toddler...
