Looked fresh at first glance and it was ok the first night. Second evening we found bedbugs crawling on the walls. The front desk did nothing to address the problem. Had it not been for this they would probably get 3 or 4 stars from me. Breakfast was dull and despite lots of table they decided which table to sit at, and some was in horrible places. Turning right from the hotel towards the Square outside the train terminal ment that you met homeless people in the night and a very smelly alley in the morning. Drugs were sold just outside the hotel in the evenings. Despite a cheap price (€100 / night) won't I ever return or recomend this hotel.

Smooth hotel had a good welcoming staff from the beginning to the end of our trip. The Manet cel fone service was very usual to us. Everithig was perfect. Smooth is nearly form termini station. And with Rome Pass is very easy to move....

Staff was rude and not very accommodating. We also noticed 40 euros missing from our bag in our room. Hotel is close to the train station - but streets near this hotel are filled with homeless and smell like urine. Plenty of other options in Rome. Don’t waste your money here.

We stayed at Smooth Hotel the last three nights of our 14 days anniversary trip where we visited different cities in Italia. This hotel was great! Comfortable bed, nice clean room, nice staff, good breakfast, and very close to Roma Termini.

Smooth hotel had a very welcoming staff from the beginning to the very end of our trip. They were helpful in getting around town and booking transportation at weird hours to the airport. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was pretty good but breakfast is not as big in Italy as it is in America so it wasn’t anything amazing but good enough to get you going for your day. Our room was a decent size compared to some European rooms and the bed was comfortable. The blacked out curtains were a pro and a con because they could have you trapped in bed longer than expected. The most wonderful amenity was the international phone that let you get service for maps, take pictures and do whatever you need to without buying an extra phone service from your provider if you are…

Small but modern and clean, very close to Termini Station which was very convenient. Bed was comfortable, but there was only one electric port next to the bed so we had to take turns charging our phones. The phone they provided was very useful in finding restaurants and navigating our way around Rome. Overall we had a very good experience and would consider staying there again.

This is a lovely hotel, with excellent, helpful and polite staff. The rooms are really nice with a modern feel and great for a family . It is well situated for the sights of Rome, with the train station and bus terminals at the end of the road.

This old building has been totally remodeled to a modern decor, but it seems as if the person who designed the rooms did not have to put makeup on! :) The only counter space in the bathroom is the edge of the sink (about 1-2 inches). I tried sitting on the floor to use the only other mirror in the room one morning, but the lighting was terrible. The bathroom could use another hook for towels, since the clean and dirty towels hang on the same bar behind the bidet. There is only one drawer in the whole room...under the closet. The bedside tables are modern with no drawers. There is a complimentary phone that they provide that you can take with you when you are out sightseeing. The breakfast is adequate and the rooms are clean and beds comfortable. We ended up sleeping with…

It's a 10minute walk for Roma Termini Station which is good if travelling with a family. No need for a taxi Staff are very friendly & helpful. Checkin was a breeze with staff providing as much information as possible We had booked a family room. It's a good size but with 4 large suitcases it was a struggle finding space. The hanging space only provided 4 coat hangers which isn't much The bathroom was good but housekeeping need to remember that a family goes through more than 1 roll of toilet paper (especially with 2 males in the family). Breakfast is good, coffee good, water & juice provided, this sets you up for the day The hotel also provides a mobile phone which you use only for researching places, for the maps & phone calls (which we didn't use). This was very handy when…

Very nice clean hotel very modern and well presented. The hotel was in an ideal location for all tourist attractions and close to the station and bus pick ups. The breakfast were good plenty of choice. The only small niggle is that the room we stayed in needed a few practical things like hooks for coats (especially as ours got wet a lot so nowhere to put them. Our room had a bath only would much have preferred a shower. No shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Only little things and did not spoil our stay. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.
