This was our city base for three nights on a Rail Discoveries tour. The hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable. Breakfast offered many options, although, at ties, the room could be very busy. We also used the bar area for pre-dinner and post-dinner drinks,...More
Great staff !!! Excellent customer service !!! Great location !!! Very accommodating front desk , walking distance to central train station . Tiny elevator but I guess that's common in Italy. Room with romantic view. Very happy with the experience.
The hotel is in a good area, full of resturants and bars. It's a 10 min walk to the Termini which has all of the trains and metros in Rome. Also the hop-on-hop-off buses' stations were there. It's a 20/30 min walk to the Colosseum....More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
