Located next to a magnificent landscape in the vicinity of city center. Nicely decorated rooms facing an amazing garden.

This hotel was very nice but small elevator, great breakfast included, nice spa and pools, room was large, quiet neighborhood on edge of Borghese Gardens. Although some might feel the walk was long to get to other sights, it was a pretty walk through the park. My only negative comment was that the concierge gave us two bad recommendations for...

Parco dei Principi is a large hotel in a beautiful old building which has been extended. Therefore some bits have more character than others. Rooms: Not massive, we had a twin room but the beds were close together - I prefer a twin room to have a bedside cabinet (at least) between the beds. The most disappointing thing about the...

Just returned from a four night trip to Rome. Booked this hotel for its quiet location and beautiful interior shots as previous trips to other parts of Italy proved that hotel standards are generally not as high as in other parts of Europe. After being ripped off by an airport taxi (60 euros!!) to get to the hotel we were...

Went for the Scotland v Italy game at the Stadio Olympico, so used the hotel as a base for two nights. It was comfortable if pricy. However, Rome is a pricy place, so be prepared to be over the odds for a service that you would otherwise get in the UK for a fraction of the cost. As for Impactdancer's...

Firstly, this is a stunning hotel inside. Nothing to write home about on the outside, but stunning interior design. Rooms are a very good size, excellent facilities and in a quiet location near to Borghese. Be aware that there are no locks on the balcony doors. I had a hilarious conversation with reception about this on the first night: Me...

We went many times in this Hotel in Rome. This time, with friends, we choosed Parco dei Principi for its location almost inside Villa Borghese Park and Galleria Borghese Museum. So we enjoyed the regular exhibition of the gallery plus some pieces from Louvre and other museums all over the world, in temporary display. After a day around the most...

Second time visiting Rome and enjoyed staying here versus in the middle of the city. Hotel is elegant yet comfortable. They upgraded us to a suite with an incredible view of Borghese park and it had a balcony with table and chairs outside which was really nice. Our room showed a few signs of wear and tear (mainly the carpet),...

n the heart of the green lung of the city of Rome within walking distance from shopping streets and sheltered just enough to not be in the casino. Large lobby, well appointed rooms with excellent room service. The beautiful spa with large indoor and outdoor pool in winter season. Nothing to complain a great five-star hotel.

Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
