Location excellent, the heart of old Rome. The Hotel was well appointed and the staff extremely helpful Whilst we eat out each evening, the breakfast buffet was excellent The room was spacious and furnishings of the highest quality Lots of shopping opportunities nearby

This is an old fashion hotel, that probably had better times but still retains its character. It's location could not be better if you are a tourist in Rome. Our room was in the sixth floor, with kingsize bed and a fairly small but well remodeled bathroom. The prices are according to a five star hotel. Breakfast is full of...

It was a while since I didnt come back to this place. Certainly the best location for shopping. Tmrooms are small , toilets tiny but still nice for the price. Ask for rooms on the 5th floor with a terrace!

We had a nice room with a beautiful bathroom. The only problem was that the water from the shower flowed out and made the floor slippery. It's a city hotel -- you are paying for the GREAT location. Close walk to the Spanish steps and many other attractions. Surrounded by expensive stores, good restaurants.

Hotel is old and unkept. No parking available. Room 375 is disgusting. Carpet is worn out, stained and looks like cardboard. Bathroom old, filthy and moldy. Hair in the tub. TV did not work. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Not even a 3 star. When asked for the tub to be cleaned, they wiped the hairs of with a...

Faulty towers would best describe this hotel. The rooms are old fashion, and the bathrooms badly need updating. The concierge and front office staff were good. The breakfast was a small room packed and no room to move in and out of your seat. The waiters had a bad attitude, and it took 22 minutes to cook a fried egg,...

We were greeted promptly and allowed to leave our luggage before check in. The hotel is amazingly situated - we walked to all the sights - Spanish Steps are just down the road, even the Vatican is within walking distance. Service was attentive and we loved the breakfast. The decor is a little dated but I think you expect that...

Booked a room at the supposedly 5 Star Hotel d'Inghiterra - what a disappointment. The hotel is tired and not cared for. The room we had was spacious but the carpet had stains, the furniture mismatched - not at all what I expected. The real issue is the staff, not rude but not interested in any level of customer service....

We spent one night at the delightful D'Inghiliterra in Rome. It is brilliantly situated off the Condotti close to the shopping streets and the Spanish Steps. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast buffet very comprehensive and tasty and sitting outside in the sunshine idyllic. I would thoroughly recommend it.
