On arrival we were greated with a very warm welcome from the reception staff. Although we were really early they took our luggage so we could begin to explore this wonderful city. My dad and I stayed here for 5 nights during the easter 2013. The staff is the best! So helpfull and pleasant - You can really tell that they love their job. The rooms were excellent and the cleaning staff perfect. Even if I was just out for an hour, my bed would be made up when I got back....
