What we expected and what we got were two different things. The location and lady who took care of us for most of our trip were the best we could have expected. The room was smaller than we expected, small things were broken which should have and could have been fixed easily and the wifi kept having to be reset.

This is a bed and breakfast located less than 200 meters from the base of the Spanish Steps and 250 meters from a Metro Station. Access to the building can be a little difficult when first checking in but this added security is worthwhile. Additionally there are about ten stairs to lift your heavy bags. There is no doorman nor...

Our favourite and first choice place to stay whenever we visit Rome. Superb decor, warm welcome, clean, comfortable and right by the Spanish Steps, all major sites are within walking distance - what more could you ask for. Beautiful continental breakfast served in your room and an excellent choice of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is no lift so...

the hotel is small but in a fantastic location. It is right in front of the Spanish steps and an ideal location as you are basicallyare at walking distance from so many sites and the tube is 5 minutes away.

Greeted with a very warm welcome upon arrival from Fabio! In addition to assisting us with suggestions for getting around town also arranged for a great last night dinner. Great proximity to Spanish Steps and lots of good cafes close by. Morning breakfast good and service even better - opened up early last morning as we had to leave promptly...

I just returned home from Rome (this hotel) today. We 2 persons have stayed here for 4 nights. Staff is nice, room is okay (bathroom in my room is big). Very good location but quiet. (I stayed in a hotel in Bern 2 weeks ago and it was extremely noisy that we couldn't sleep till 4am!) So, it is good...

I loved this hotel and I am appalled by th reviews I am reading - none of these awful things happened to me in my stay. The breakfast was very good, the coffess was wonderful and the staff exceedingly kind and attentive. They could not have beenmore helpful. Yes, there is not a lobby or a check in desk as...

We stayed in Condotti 29 for three nights and we were absolutely pleased. The hotel was clean, the furnitures were modern and the location was very convenient. The price was pretty reasonable (100 Euros per night because August is the low season for Rome) for a central hotel. The rooms was small but we didn' t mind at all, since...

We booked this hotel as part of a package and were slightly alarmed when we read some of the reviews on here. However, our experience was really good. They confirmed our booking 24 hours before arrival and there was no problem with our booking when we arrived! The hotel is in a great location for seeing the sights around Rome:...

Our room was pleasant, and was in a good location, but from a fire safety point of view, I had concerns. The premises consisted of 6 rooms and these were located on the second floor of the building (up 6 flights of stairs) above shops. There was only 1 exit route down, and this route had no visible smoke detectors,...
