Okay you are of a certain age if you know that movie and song. This hotel is a block away from the Trevi fountain. I swear that two years ago I three a coin the fountain, and returned this year with the love of my life. The rooms at the hotel are small. And noisy. But the staff was friendly...

My son and I stayed at Accademia Hotel about five years ago and enjoyed our stay so much that we returned a month later for another week long stay. Now at the beginning of April, I returned alone for a 3 day stay. I found the hotel to be even better than before. Many have mentioned the location which couldn´t...

The hotel itself is quite old, but the rooms are good and most importantly clean. The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to point out various tourist locations on a map they provided. The breakfast that was included with our stay was very good (a lot better than other hotels we have stayed at). Most important was...

The advantage of the hotel is great location. Beyond that the hotel is poor. Old roomies and non comfortable bads. The breakfast is not inviting. To conclud best location close to anything but we think that the hotel can do more effort to be inviting. The pictures of the room has no similarity to the real room....

We were originally booked to stay at The White (just around the corner), but were switched to this hotel due to renovations at The White. We found the Accademia to be a very nice hotel for our few days in Rome. Our room was a recently renovated "superior" room with a marble full bath. By inner-city European standards, very comfortable...

Great location, about 2 minutes from Trevi Fountain. Room very comfortable for a few nights sight seeing. Very reasonable prices. Continental breakfast. Staff friendly enough. Great for loads of the sight of Rome, most of which are within walking distance. Nearbye is a good cheap local café (where locals eat). Good not fancy food at very reasonable prices.

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
