Fantastic hotel in a great location near the Spanish Steps / Trevi Fountain. Added bonus on location are all of the wonderful cafe restaurants and shops up and down the side streets in the neighborhood. A fully stocked Carrefour grocery store is also only a few minutes walk away. The hotel is very nice, wonderful room for the price, very quiet, and we loved that we could control the Air Conditioning in the room which was legitimate cold - like American crisp and cold. ;) Staff is helpful, and the 11:30 check out time is a lovely bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Condotti on my first time trip as a solo female traveller. I was a bit worried I might end up in a poky little room for a single person but this was not the case. I was really pleased with my room as soon as I saw it! It was a modern, stylish and clean double room, with a nice modern bathroom and easy to operate (roomy) shower. The king(?) sized bed was super comfortable with a memory foam mattress. I stayed in the hotel's annex just around the corner from the main hotel reception, but I still felt safe and secure. It was also quiet. My 3rd floor room overlooked a small internal courtyard, rather than the street, and there was very little noise from other residents. The location was great; very close to the Spanish Steps and about 10 mins walk to the Trevi Fountain. There were numerous small, reasonably priced restaurants on the same street. Also a nice café for breakfast and a small supermarket further along the road. The hotel room had a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities (with some complementary biscuits/pastries). Breakfast wasn't included in my package but this suited me; after a cup of tea and a biscuit on waking I would stop at a small cafe for coffee and a pastry on my way to my first sightseeing stop. The reception staff in the main hotel were professional, friendly and helpful too. I had a great experience at the Hotel Condotti and would definitely stay at this hotel again on a return trip to Rome.

I don't often leave reviews but the Condotti Boutique Hotel was AWESOME! We stayed in a Superior Room in the Main building for 5 days in July 2021. The bed was so comfortable and the room was beautiful. The room had side tables, a small desk, two chairs, a sofa, many electrical outlets, a safe, a small table above the mini refrigerator, and a balcony overlooking the quaint Italian street. The bathroom was beautiful and had a shower with both rain shower and handheld. The towels were so much better than luxury hotels we've stayed in. They were large, thick and so soft. The Nespresso machine was a great surprise and every day we had two espresso pods and breakfast treats. Masks were required because of Covid but we felt very safe. The room and all hotel areas were always immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I liked how you dropped your key off in their box on the way out and picked it up from staff when returning. Someone was at the desk 24 hours and it made us feel very safe. The Condotti also has an elevator which made it so easy with our bags. The A/C worked great. The hotel is minutes walking from the Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) and we also walked every where from the Vatican to the Colosseum. It's such a great location. There is a great restaurant right next door and so many more along the street. We also rented a Standard Room for our granddaughter. It was small but also had a balcony and she loved it. When we return to Rome this is definitely where we will stay again.

My teenage daughter & I stayed here for 4 nights in one of the rooms around the corner in Via Del Corso. We loved it! We had a room on 4th floor with a nice street view & only a short walk around the corner for breakfast at the main building which was always fresh & tasty. The location is perfect - you can walk to all the major attractions & the staff - Daniela & Lisa were extremely helpful. We would certainly stay again!

We were not particularly overwhelmed by this hotel. One of those moments in which you arrive at the hotel room tired - and you just think 'it'll do! Our room was detached from the main hotel entrance and reception and accessible through a doorway around the corner. It rather felt like the serviced apartment experience than a 4* hotel experience. But it did the job.

It was reasonably priced (even though tourism was significantly reduced due to Covid-19). I intuitively feel though that we could have got better value for money elsewhere. But it did the job I suppose.

The room was clean albeit fairly small with no view of note other than the narrow lane from which we entered the complex. There was no balcony.

There were good tea and coffee making facilities and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning was just fine. Difficult to comment on staff as the detached nature of our room did not bring much contact with them. But what minimal contact there was was cordial and friendly. It just didn't feel like a hotel I'm afraid to say (and I've stayed in many).

The location was excellent; very close to the Spanish steps and with many local bars and restaurants (although a fairly pricey area to eat and drink).

So all in all, this did the job. But I think I would look elsewhere in the future. It is badged as a 'boutique hotel' which usually suggests a hotel that is quirky and unique. I saw nothing 'boutique' about this place and as previously stated, it rather felt like a serviced apartment (but without the space and cooking facilities). There was no couch and just one armchair meaning only one of us could sit down whilst the other had to use the bed.

But it did the job I suppose!

Even before we arrived in Rome I knew i had picked the right hotel. They arranged an airport transfer for us and followed up immediately when i emailed from the airport to advise our flight was delayed. We caught our ride with no issue and were whisked to a bustling neighbourhood in the heart of Rome near the Spanish Steps. Victor greeted us warmly and checked us in. Somehow I inadvertently booked two rooms and Victor was so kind not to chatge us for the mistake. He even let us choose between the two rooms they had been holding for us. Alex showed is the rooms and it was an easy choice as both rooms were clean and lovely. Alex has a great sense of humour and made us feel welcome and right at home. We loved seeing him throughout our stay.
We arrived late (10:00 pm) and had no trouble finding food. Within steps of the hotel are a wide variety of restaurants and cafés with tasty menus.
The breakfast is served at a restaurant just steps away from the hotel. For 15 Euros you get a full breakfast with lots of choices (eggs, bacon, omelette, french toast, pancakes).
This location of this hotel was its main selling point at first and was made even better by the fun, professional staff and comfortable room. I would definitely stay here again!

We are loving our stay at Hotel Condotti. Even before we arrived this hotel had excellent communication answering all my emails quickly and in excellent English.
After reading the many trip advisor reviews we opted for a twin bedded room in the main building. Our room is small but attractive and clean with comfortable beds.
The bathroom is larger then I expected with fluffy towels and nice soaps and shampoos
We are on the third floor. The elevator is small but adequate- we only used it once when we checked in and usually walk up the stairs.
The location is perfect within walking distance to most tourist locations and mass transit. Lots of upscale shopping right outside the front door plus great restaurants and bars right outside as well
Staff lovely and helpful
Housekeeping does a great job!
We would stay here again if we come back to Rome

Great choice for a hotel in Rome. Very convenient to the Metro and many tourist attractions. We walked everywhere and there is a wonderful gelato place next door where we ended every night out. The front desk clerks were extremely friendly and helpful with less common tourist ideas and great restaurant suggestions. We stayed in the annex and our room faced the interior air shaft / courtyard. I’d recommend that side as the room was very quiet, no city noises at all. The room was small (typical European size) but spacious enough for me and my adult daughter, she took the twin bed in the entryway room that had its own armoire. I had a double bed with a perfectly fine mattress and there were ample electrical outlets for us. The bathroom was roomy enough and filled with good towels etc. We had the hotel’s breakfast on our arrival morning and it was fine for after our overnight trip when we were tired but we ate elsewhere all other mornings. I highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Rome.

Had a horrible experience with this hotel. We had booked the Superior double room thru Travelocity that clearly states that it includes a double bed and a double sofa bed. When we got to the room there was only a double bed. We thought that it was obviously an honest mistake, but when contacted they insisted that it was not. I showed them the booking details on my phone, and it was also easily verifiable by simple looking at their own listing on Travelocity. It then became a heated discussion. It was obvious that they knew it was an error but refused to correct it. We left soon after with a mutual agreement that the booking was to be canceled. I called Travelocity to reverse the charges but when they called the hotel the hotel would not agree to the cancellation. Travelocity could see that the hotel was clearly wrong, so they pushed thru the cancellation and initiated the refund. If you look back at some of the prior reviews, you’ll will see where they have had issues like this before. As of 5 days later they have not refunded a city tax that is collected at the hotel. Finally, they try to get you to use their transport service to the airport for 70 Euros. They say the cabs can’t find the annex hotel site. Rome cab drivers can find any address 24 hours a day because we did it 2 days later at a hotel near them at 5 am for 50 Euros. Attached are photos of the room they tried to give us and the room we booked.

First and foremost, anyone booking at this hotel should be well aware that the hotel owns more than one property and a booking at Hotel Condotti may not ensure a stay at that location. We booked for two nights post-cruise at this hotel specifically for its location and good reviews. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were told we'd be at another location close by in a very lovely room with a great view of the street below and its activities. While the hotel staff was nothing but helpful, polite, efficient and very professional at all times, I must say that we were dismayed and more than disappointed when we saw our actual accommodations. Yes, the location was close by and on a very busy corridor which was great but the building itself does not have a hotel lobby, security personnel at all. The elevator was so tiny that we could not bring our luggage up in it. The hallways are long, dingy and permeated with the smell of cigarette smoke. Our room was very small with little room to set out our luggage and barely any room to walk around once our luggage was set up, awkwardly in corners and under windows. The bathroom was extremely rudimentary with the tiniest of showers ever seen in any hotel. Needless to say we would not recommend this hotel and would never book with them again.

No. They are a small boutique hotel. We had them call us a taxi to go back to airport. I had contacted them from the states and they coordinated airport transportation to the hotel.
