We stayed 2 nights (July 23-25, 2014) at Condotti Hotel, very near the Spanish Steps,in the heart of great shopping, plenty of restaurants. A lovely area. Our room was clean and cute (although as many have already said, small). We stayed in the main building on the 3rd floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the front entrance. The staff were...

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location. Horrible bed. Rude staff. Room was hot and cramped. You might enjoy this hotel if you never need an extra towel or you don't ever turn the tv on. I would not recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is reasonably priced for it's location, quaint but also convenient. Close to the main sites easy to walk to many other sites and if you want shopping it's close by. The service is fantastic nothing is a problem and always happy to help. Would stay here again. WiFi a bit temperamental but hey we are on holidays.

The location was very convenient to walk to shopping and trains, but i would not recommend this hotel strictly because of the staff. Not all, but some, were rude. The room was adequate, but small. We had four adults in a room that technically slept 5 but we were miserably crowded the whole time. We should have gotten two rooms...

Just stayed one night at the Condotti. The staff is extremely warm and helpful. We had two rooms in the main hotel and while the sleeping quarters were very small (although typical in this type of hotel in Rome), the bathroom was huge, beautiful, and clean. Breakfast was included and was very good. The location is awesome, near the Spanish...

Hi Mountainswans,

Yes, there is a smart, slimline, two people/two shopping bag accommodating lift in the hotel foyer. A maxi shopping expedition x2 in the beguiling Via Condotti might see you needing to stack up the bags.
