First of all this is a 3 star hotel. If you want luxury rooms and facilities this hotel is not for you.If you want a good base to tour Rome from read on.Yes this hotel is not in the centre of Rome but that as positives as well as negatives. There are bus stops a short walk away and the longest we...

The staff here were fantastic. I booked this hotel via lowcost holidays, and we all know what happened to them. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. The hotel itself could do with a little upgrading but as far as staff members go they are fantastic. Great value for money. Only thing I would say is that...

Hotel delle Muse bypassed all of my expectations. It's an ideal base if you are looking to see the sights of Rome but are not wanting to be caught up in the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Do NOT be put off by not being 'close enough' to Rome! My husband and I were travelling into Rome everyday...

We initially booked through low cost holidays but when that fell through we contacted the hotel and they were extremely helpful!! Answered the emails I sent (sent millions) quickly and with lodes of detail. They let us keep the room we initially booked with low cost holidays and even helps with us finding transport to and from the airport. The...

Depending on what you want to see and do, this hotel may not be right for you. I wouldn't recommend this location for going to the Vatican, Coliseum, Trastevere, Campo de' Fiori and Jewish Ghetto. Bus transport is within 2 blocks but buses take long to get where you're going, the subway is a good 10 minute walk and taxis...

The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were spacious with wardrobes ,shower and bathroom make it feel like home. The morning breakfast consists of wide a range of cereals, pastries, hot food, salads, yogurts and breads. There was definitely plenty to eat to fill you up for a day in the city. The hotel has a restaurant within it...

Hotel Delle Muse isn't the fanciest hotel in Rome, and not the best view from the rooms. It's also some distance from the city centre. On the other hand it's located in calm neighborhood, parking is one minute away (for a fee of 25€ pr 24h) and the staff is very welcoming and service minded. The breakfastbuffet had a lot...

We originally booked this hotel through LowcostHolidays. When this feel through with regards payment to the hotel, we had a great experience in being able to rebook with the hotel to guarantee our stay. All staff were friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were spacious and you could have...

Having been let down by lowcostholidays I rang the hotel direct and to my amazement the staff of the Hotel delle Muse could not have done more for us regarding our holiday and what was needed to be done. Sure I had to pay again (lowcostholidays went bust) but I was assured my booking was safe and sound. Arrived at...

With one of our groups (total 73 pax!) we have stayed in this hotel. The staff has been very helpful, from check-in until the check-out everything was arranged perfectly. Thank you so much! Furthermore it is a nice and quite area to stay which gives a bit of a break from the hectic city centre of this amazing city!

Staying in Parioli

Neighbourhood Profile
Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s palaces, tony boutiques, open-air markets and plenty of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has several great sporting clubs known for tennis and riding, a wonderful modern art museum, easy access to the zoo (Europe’s oldest), and is nestled around Rome’s very best parks including Villa Borghese, Villa Ada and Villa Glori.
