Location central. Room lacking storage space, but inside beautifully furnished with amazing paintings. Wonderful efficient service but no bar or dinners available. Therefore one was forced to eat out every night. Perfect for getting around though.

Probably have some nice rooms over their 6 floors but rooms on level A are low budget quality 2* at best, some with no windows to the outside world. Staff friendly and helpful. Reception area and breakfast room nicely decorated and breakfast adequate without being exceptional.

We booked this Hotel for a romantic and sightseeing weekend. We had a Thomas Cook 4 Star package by buying 3 nights you get 4 nights same price. The Turner Hotel looks old style and renaissance looking which we quite liked. The entrance and breakfast area is a good representation of what the hotel is trying to achieve. However, the...

On arrival at the hotel we were greeted warmly by reception staff who were helpful in trying to sort out our return transfer. The hotel lobby looks quite pleasantly shabby opulent. However as we were walked through corridors and two lifts ( two hotels seemed to ha e been merged at some point) the ambience was changed by the damp...

Feel so undecided in writing this review as this was our third stay at the hotel and have always had trouble free stay and couldn't understand negative views, till this time, our room was very small although clean, but the bathroom looked as though it was installed centuries ago, the toilet cistern was at the ceiling and eventually found the flush inside...

Stayed at this hotel after getting a deal off wowcher. The first impression as you walk through the door is like wow this is cool it's actually quite grand! The rooms are a little tired looking, but clean... more than adequate for a 2 night stay tho, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast. You should...

I visited this hotel during 9th December - 12 December 2016. I am a bit late writing this review however I felt the need to share my true thoughts, and in terms of value for money this hotel ticked all the right boxes ! For a short break in Rome it was in a great location with bus links right...

This hotel might have been good in it's day, but it's all very tired. The damask silk wall covering in the bedroom suggested luxury, but the grease stains on the matching headboard let it down. The shower was squeezed into a corner of the bathroom as an after-thought. The hotel reception, foyer and dining room were actually closed and we...

Me and my wife had our honeymoon in Rome/Salerno/positano/tropes, this hotel was our first stop and the staff were good. There was assistance and support from minute one, be prepared for tiny rooms, the rooms are great, but tiny. There is a pizza (slices) place a few steps away, awesome value.
