Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were always happy to help and very informative of the local area we enquirer as a few places were closed on one of our days and were given good ideas of where to go and to eat and we're also provided with a map and a guide book which helped massively I would highly...

We had a great stay at Alexandra. It is a smart hotel on the elegant Via Veneto which is so handy for buses and the metro. It is easy to walk to all the main tourist areas within an hour. The hotel is compact and clean with a friendly feel and great staff. Special mention to Joseph and Giorgio at...

The hotel staff was wonderful! Very Helpful in advising us on the underground that was just steps from our hotel. The room was beautiful and very large. Great location and very quiet. Breakfast was wonderful!

This is a great little hotel - good value for money and excellent service. Breakfast was good and the room very comfortable. The staff were excellent - they booked trips to the Vatican and Villa Borghese for me and were extremely helpful in providing info about bus services and other local amenities. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a great time at this lovely hotel. The reception staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean if a little on the small side, especially the bathroom but the comfy bed more than made up for it. The hotel is in a good area within walking distance of most attractions and near a...

In a Rome as the town which inspires to walk a lot, with beautiful things to see and enjoy, nice shopping, and lovely restaurants and bars around in the area this hotel is a perfect combination of location, price, quality and friendly staff. As a big admirer of this town, I am coming back with my family to this same...

Lovely hotel, we had a budget room and it was fine, clean, staff friendly. Location was excellent, we walked miles but main attractions less than half hour away in any direction. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain. Some rooms need renovation (we got a refurbished room). However we asked for change and immediately another room. The room was cleaned every day. Staff responded to any request and very friendly.

We stayed here for five days while in Rome. The hotel rooms were very clean and the staff was very kind/helpful. It is in a very central location and it was a quick walk to all of the places we wanted to go. The only downfalls were the extremely poor Wifi and the very small bathrooms.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
