We were shocked when we arrived to the hotel. The staff weren't that friendly. They said we needed to put a deposit of 300€ before they would even let us enter the room and tried to make us wait 2 hours to check in.

The hotel doesn't have its own transfer. A taxi may be best, make sure it has a white sign and does it by the meter as there are some that rip you off. You could get bus transfers but that would be a mess around.
