Stayed in this hotel with our group tour members, since this hotel seems to be a popular choice among tour provider. Hotel location was a little bit secluded, far from the city but not really far from Vatican. The area was quiet and not many shops or attractions nearby. Hotel room was a bit small for Holiday Inn standard, but...

Security: On our first night checking in with our Tour Director, her Backpack was stolen right at the premise. No Security Personnel observed. Elevator service: Very small. Accommodates 3-4 people depending on weights of the people. The hotel caters for group tours, so when the group arrives with their carry on luggages, elevator services are so overwhelmed that you fall...

Dear Socorro S, Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts about your stay at the Holiday Inn Rome - Pisana. It worries us that you found the level of service of our security unacceptable and that there were inconveniences with regards to the hotel facilities and room amenities. In line with this, we have sent you a...

Hotel was further from centre than we realised, but shuttle bus (2€ each way) was fairly quick depending on Rome traffic. Limited seat availability, but knowing that was the case we had a backup plan! Local bus service. This was good if slow and we used that mode of transport several times. Hotel itself was ok. Our room had three...

I was with a group attending Maker Faire in Fiero convention center. We spent the evenings in the cafe downstairs eating pizza, drinking wine, and talking. It was good. The room was good sized and there was a minibar. The downside is the location, which is not easy to get to from the airport. The upside is that they offer...

We stayed here in Nov 2015, even though it was a Holiday Inn and the stay should have been great but it wasn't. We had problems with the room which was given to us initially, the toilet had a very nasty smell and we requested for it to be changed and our request was obliged. However, the new room had...

I would have given this hotel 4 stars if it wasn't for the issues to begin with. Firstly we arrived and had to wait around for check in at 2pm. Whilst waiting we were informed that the double room that was booked was not suitable for a family despite this being the the biggest option when booking via jet2holidays. The...

The only way you can get into town and close to the attractions is to take a cab. Not a good location for sightseeing when in Rome. They charge for the shuttle. King bed was literally two twin beds pushed together. Given the reviews that we read prior to visiting we were okay with this as we were really just...

As a couple, we made a reservation 6 months in advance for a room with a double bed. When we finally arrived, we find two single beds in the room AND a spot in the middle of the carpet that was soaked by a constant drip from the air conditioner which is mounted on the ceiling. I immediately called the...

The reception was not courteous at all and had us wait for half an hour, because they could not figure out if our room was ready or not.
