We arrived to the hotel after midnight. Many hotels do not accept visitors at this hour, but there was someone waiting especially for us at the reception. This is the kind of service you get in this small and warm hotel. The rooms are well suited for a couple, they are simple and clean. We loved the service we received... More

The good: clean, nice neighborhood, reasonable price, good sized rooms for rome (not like in pic through) The average: some staff very helpful, some just ignored issues, breakfast very basic, but not bad. The ugly: horrible sewer smell in room, they 'couldn't smell it' for 2 days and found plumber third (and last) day (who found problem immediately). They did... More

Well maintained hotel, where the staff were really friendly and helpful. Was very impressed by their professional service, especially when we were stuck with problem with our flight and had to ring them at very early hours of the morning (3am), Giulia was very helpful and accommodating. The other staff also helped us to arrange for our early morning transportation... More

This was an awesome little hotel. Somewhat difficult to find because it isn't clearly marked however that is part of what makes it so awesome. The staff was awesome and the rooms were very nice and clean.

Confortable, clean and stylish Rome in an authentic upper class building next to the American Embassy. Metro station very close by, and just a few minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna and the chic shopping district.Very helpful and friendly management.

We came here for my wife to get her citizenship. My goal was to find something near the embassy. This place is 200ft from where we needed to be. The residence itself is lovely, the staff is kind, the location is a 15 to 20 minute walk from most of the big sites but thats okay for us. The rooms... More

It is a very nice, clean and friendly hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to Termini. Staff is super helpful. We walked there for about 10mins and also walked everywhere else in Rome. Is very easy to miss, but keep your eyes on the doorways and you'll find it.

We love this small hotel. The location was very good, safe & it was a short walk to places to eat. It was very clean & the people were most helpful. The bed was comfy & the bath was very nice. Also a nice breakfast was included. We would stay in this hotel any time we are in Rome. We... More

RRC was a great value. Nice rooms, very helpful staff, quiet and safe. Windows are double glazed and streets outside have minimal traffic. Safe location behind U.S. Embassy with the Via Veneto one block away. Many good reasonably priced restaurants a few blocks to the east.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
