Very good location - short walk to the Vatican and to the metro that goes to all the main places in the city. Very comfortable and clean room. Good Wi-Fi. Nice Italian breakfast at a coffee shop by the place. And... above all - Tina the owner. She is very helpful! Sure it is our place also on our next...

Tina was a wonderful host. She helped us in many ways, as we were new to the city. This included phone and taxi assistance, room amenities and acclimating us to our new surroundings. The room was clean and had comfortable beds. The shower was adequate size. What a value this was to be steps away from the Vatican and Trastevere...

This seemed to be a converted apartment, but the rooms were well set up and although breakfast is at a local cafe, the pastries on offer were excellent; and it was only 2 minutes away. The shower wasn't great with water temperature, but the bed was VERY comfortable! Note in the bathroom warned of an extra charge if the red...

This is a great little B & B. The location is terrific. It was very hot during our stay and the nearby Metro station meant we could pop 'home' for a rest and siesta before pounding the Rome streets some more. It's essentially 3 rooms on the bottom floor of a 2 storey apartment and our room was on the...

Hostess was very friendly and forthcoming- she contacted us before the arrival with details how to get there. Hotel is located very close to the Vatican city and metro. Rooms were quite spacious and very clean. For a family trip it was perfect!

This is a great find! Pros: It is VERY well located adjacent to the Vatican. It is clean; room is of ample size; bed is comfortable, particularly if you like a firm-ish mattress; the bathroom is a nice size for Europe. Tina, the owner, is very attentive and charming. Her English is limited, but good, and she tries very hard...

Tina was very helpful, even days before our arival. Room was perfect with litle kitchen outside. Breakfast could be richer, eg. juice or two croisants, but no a serious problem. Very good metro and surprisingly bus connection.

First of all it's not far from the metro, near to the Vatican. The room was big for two people and very clean. Tina, the housekeeper is very nice, generous and welcoming. It's not a hotel, it's it's an apartment with 3 rooms (accordance with expectations) (For breakfast you get tickets to a coffee shop, nearby (croissant and coffee).

Thank Alex G
