Serena and Marco made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure our stay in Rome was memorable. The hotel is in a great part of the city and rooms and service exceptional. I couldn't ask for more.

We stayed at Deko Rome for four nights in June 2014 and had a really great experience. The hotel is located in a really safe part of the city, just over the road from the USA Embassy, and also conveniently located close to bus stops of popular routes into the city. Marco and Serena were only too happy to help,...

Small boutique hotel in an area surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. Also able to walk from here to many of the main attractions. The hosts are terrific and make this a wonderful place to stay. Thanks Serena and Marco for your help in suggesting many things for us to do and for simply being such great hosts. They breakfast...

Normally if it sounds too good to be true it normally is - but not this place! It really is excellent! Wow, wow, wow! This is a true gem and like other reviewers have said marco and serena are just the perfect hosts. We were slightly sceptical of being "helped" with our visiting arrangements as we are quite independent travellers...

This is a centrally located, upscale B&B in the heart of Rome, steps away from Via Veneto, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steppes and lots more. Marco and Serena are the hosts and they both speak English very well. They made it their business to give us places to eat and things to see, not only in the immediate area, but...

Deko Rome is a super nice boutique hotel located in the nicest area of Rome. The Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain are really close by, restaurants, subway, everything is close. You even get a small super market just a few steps away from the hotel. The most important part of this hotel is the people who runs it. Serena and...

This is a wonderful small boutique hotel, modern rooms in a beautiful old building in a great location. Serena the owner is just so lovely, welcoming and very helpful. If it wasn't for her we would not have had a clue where to start! She recommended gorgeous restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, areas to visit etc. Also a few little...

This B&B is perfect for travelling to Rome. The hosts Marco and Serena are excellent, so welcoming, friendly and ready to help you with everything you need to make your stay great! They helped us with all our travelling questions and even arranged earlier breakfasts for our early mornings! The rooms are well furnished and clean. Breakfast is simple but...

This small boutique hotel located near Villa Borghese in a beautiful old building exceeded all of our expectations. The owners Marco and Serena went out of their way to ensure that we had a memorable trip to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. They recommended and booked restaurants and attractions for us and went out of their way to give us...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
