Alex was a very caring person. Helped us out a lot in likes of getting to the airport and I am not even talking about the room, it was perfect. Enjoyed! Would recommend to everybody. A very modern and quiet room, close to public transportation, easy to get to the Rome centre.

Me and my wife went to Granello di Senape on the beginning of April and we were very well received by Alex. He gave us valorous tips about what to do in Rome. Even before we arrived he was already very helpful, answering the e-mails really quickly.

Alessandro was a perfect host and the room here is really very nice with good modern commodities (massive flat screen tv). Well situated and close to amenities (tram, bus or train). Breakfast was full of choice. Bathroom was very clean.

I booked this at the last minute and the owner, Alessandro responded immediately. This was a great place to stay that was close to transportation (Tram to Piazza Venezia) and out of the mainstream tourist area. The room was very nicely decorated and well kept, and the place was very clean. Alex the owner was very sweet and went out...

Alex was a teriffic host, made himself available even though we slept through breakfast time both mornings we stayed, and drove us to the airport when my friend was feeling ill and didn't want to take the bus. The location is a bit unusual, and looked a bit dingey, but upon stepping inside...

By far the best B&B, I've ever been to and by far the cleanest and neatest. Very close to Trastevere Station, about an 8 minute walk, and from there you can take a bus or a train to the Vactian in a few minutes. It also close to the Trastevere district which was particularly busy on Friday and the Tiber....

If your idea of luxury is sharing someone's flat situated in a horrible council estate, in a squalid area miles away from the city centre, where privacy is not included in the price, go ahead and give this man your money. The breakfast is laughable, no fresh bread, no butter, juice only on the the first day of my stay....
