We only had two days in Rome and ran, ran, ran to see all the sights, do a bit of shopping and eat some amazing Italian food, so we needed somewhere comfortable and well located to stay rather than a big hotel. BDB Luxury Rooms Spagna was perfect. It is superbly located, two minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and... More

We stayed here for 5 nights, we booked the room with a separate bathroom, which is located across the hall from our bedroom door and is only for our use and we have the key for it. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very clean. On arrival the lovely lady helped carry our heavy suitcases up the 1 flight... More

Thankfully I had read the reviews & knew this place is tucked in on the street & easily overlooked. It did make me a little nervous as it just looks like a door to apartments. Once we got in & went upstairs to the 2nd floor we found a very comfortable room and the location is PERFECT. The little cafe... More

Chic rooms in great location, in the historical center and close to Piazza Barberini with public transport. We stayed in the room of the photo, very clean and with nice decoration. I would definitely stay there again if I visited Rome.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at BDB Luxury Rooms Spagna. At first, it was confusing due to the missing "HOTEL"-sign, but as the days went by, the green door became almost a holy place ;-) We were met by the sweetest lady and even though her English wasn't that good, we got the information we needed. In... More

It was the cheapest hotel in the center of Rome very close to spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi. The rooms are very large and very well decorated! The staff is very helpful but you have to contact the hotel before arrival so a receptionist will be there. The rooms are very clean and have all the comforts you need.... More

Great central location in Rome. Weekend we were in town you could not find a hotel for less than $400. BDB Luxury was a great find. If arriving at Termini, only two stops on the metro and a 10 minute walk. They were able to accommodate our late check in at no additional cost. Did not try, but they provide... More

We arrived at 8ish pm and rang the doorbell of the whole building as we couldn't get inside. We started to get a bit worried until (thankfully) we saw Victoria (receptionist) running up the hill. Once inside (after profusely apologising) she was very helpful, answering all the questions we had including supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, attractions etc. She was understanding with... We stayed here for 5 nights. Very comfortable, clean, fantastic location to restaurants, Spanish steps, metro station etc. Large room and cleaned daily. Victoria was most kind and helpful and even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Only negative is there is no lift but the place is located on level 1 so just 1 flight of stairs.... More

Went there during last week of August. We called in 2 days before getting there and told them we will be reaching outside of their regular reception hours. “It cost us between €8-10 taxi from Rome Termini station to the bnb. We were charged €25 flat rate from Vatican to the bnb (probably got ripped off) but the metro is only a few stops away from the Vatican which cost €1.50 one way per person.”
