Location near termini station but i think near clossoem was better than termini.termini is not safe.rooms is avarage.tax free was very expensive with 3.5 for each person each night.bath room and toilet were not in rooms and shared.
Stayed here for 2 nights in December. We didn't spend much time here but was perfect for just somewhere to sleep and grab a coffee in the morning. It's clean and 5 minutes from the station. Fresh croissants for breakfast were nice.
We liked this place. Near the Termini station, safe location, clean and spacious, breakfast is good and filling. They clean the room everyday. Host/owner was helpful though English was not very good but she did her best to understand. Wifi connection is good. We recommend...More
The b&b is located very close to the Termini station, and only 10 mins from the Colosseo. Although at first the neighbourhood might seem dangerous at night, I can surely say it isn't. The room with own bathroom is spacious and very clean, we had...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
