This is an apartment with 4 bedrooms individualy accomodating people with one shared bathroom and dining area area. The location is great close the the train station, shops and the metro. The price is cheap hence it retains some rating in my opinion.

The guesthouse was adequate. A very friendly owner who gave lots of suggestions. The bathroom coukd be more clean and we had to wait a really long time to check in. The location is excellent for people needing an early train or bus from Termini.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
I was wondering, when you book a room for 4 people is the bathroom shared between these 4 people or do we need to share the bathroom with other people staying in the hostel?

The bathroom is theoretically shared with another room. Luckily, when I was there, the other room was empty!

"Only one bathroom shared among potentially 10 people (4 rooms) - but was never an issue for us!"
