My husband and I and two dear friends started our Mediterranean cruise by staying three days at Domus Quiritum in Rome. Emiliano provided us a warm home in a new and wonderful city of the world. He made all of our travels in the city easy by not only providing the best guides and referrals to restaurants, and path finding...

My husband and I stayed at Domus Quiritum B&B in Rome for 2 nights in late September 2012. The location is fantastic - very easy to find and walking distance to all the sites. Our room was spacious, comfortable, light/airy and very clean. Most importantly, the service was excellent! Lucilla is a wonderful host - she happily shared her local...

Roma, truly one of the most stunning cities in the world for which no words or beautiful pictures could ever do it justice; the only way to experience this city is to go there and when you do, you must stay at Domus Quiritum. I spent 2 nights at the B & B following nearly 3 weeks travelling through Italy,...

It is with great pleasure that I write this review as our stay at Domus Quiritum B&B set the standard against which all other stays in Italy were measured. My partner and I recently spent 3 weeks in Italy including 5 nights in Rome. Due to circumstances we found Domus Quiritum shortly before our trip and were booked for only...

Domus Quiritum was an outstanding place to stay for myself and my wife during our stay in Rome. Excellent accomodation, great breakfast and above all very friendly and accomodating staff - they even drove us to the train station. I couldn't recommend this place higher.

Amazing. My girlfriend (now fiancée) and I had the distinct pleasure to stumble, at quite literally the last minute, onto this amazing B&B located a couple of blocks north by north east of the Vatican in the heart of Rome. Our only regret is that circumstance only allowed us to spend our first night (Sept. 8, 2012) and our last...

We recently visited Rome and stayed for 3 days at Domus Quiritum B&B. Before arriving in Rome we exchanged emails with Alessio, the proprietor, who turned out to be a Physics Ph.D. student. This was particularly interesting as I am a professional physicist myself. Then, upon arrival we got to meet Alessio's lovely girlfriend, and what do you know? She,...

We very much enjoyed our 3-day stay at DQ! Before arriving in Rome we exchanged emails with Livia, who was always prompt and courteous in responding, and got us airport transfer at a very reasonable price (what a great opportunity to learn more about Rome and Italy even before we got to the apartment). The young couple who owns the...

We arrived late and were greeted warmly by host. He explained the things we needed to know. B&B has a lift. Close to Metro. Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
