Lovely, clean and friendly hotel. The reception staff were brilliantly accommodating and completely helpful with information regarding the whole city. The only negative was that the WiFi wasn't that good to connect to within certain areas of the room. But all in all, totally deserved of the 4* merit. Nice area with amenities and restaurants all a short walk away....

We enjoyed a clean spacious room, and that's about it. It needs a bit of refresh in common spaces (ie breakfast room and corridor). The hotel is location a convenient if you are planning to travel by train around Rome. Do not expect usual 4 star treatment.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel, got great deal via last minute and didn't know what to expect. Best asset were its very friendly and professional staff. Decor was a bit dated but added to Italian quirky charm in our opinion together with slightly odd breakfast choices. Rooms and Hotel very clean free wifi and no hidden extras. Location is fine...

It was about 15 minutes' walk from Termini Train Station and we were able to walk to and from the hotel with our cases. The hotel is in a quiet road with a very good restaurant opposite. We got a warm friendly...

The hotel is a basic 4star, its clean, its not to noisy, the beds are comfortable.But- the furniture is old and dated, the wardrobes really do need updating. The bathrooms whilst everything works definately need reworking, the shower cubicle in our room was tiny. Overall the room was an acceptable size but dark. Please put some decent lights in these...

The food was very good, choices of fruit, eggs, pancakes and lovely cakes. Ruel was most helpful. Pleasant lounge area with WiFi and free beverages. The rooms are pleasant, check if there is a bath...

We were met by a very friendly receptionist on...
