We initially chose this hotel due to a lack of alternatives for our family of 5, however, I was not disappointed and would recommend to anyone. The room we had was ample in size for our family and although the beds are hard, that's how we like them :-) Our teenage son slept on the sofa bed which I think...

We arrived at the Hotel Borromeo at 9pm on a Thur evening. I had chosen the Hotel as it was a budget hotel but of a reasonable standard, and in a good location for all the central sights. When I arrived with my son, we were told there was a 'technical hitch' with our room, but they wouldn't really say...

We had interconnecting double/ triple rooms here and the largest shower room we have seen in an Italian hotel! Whilst the curtains etc were a bit tired, the beds were very comfortable, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We were able to check in earlier than expected and leave our suitcases at the hotel...

Me and my sister stayed here for 3 nights at the end of January and I can't recommend highly enough! We arrived 1 hour early to check in so they offered to look after our bags whilst we went to get lunch (in an area they suggested - very helpful). They also gave us a map and highlighted the areas...

Hotel Borromeo is in a great location for access to the Roma Termini (literally, easy walking distance from the station) and for the city itself. The reception staff (one person on duty at any time) were helpful, polite, happy to speak English without any judgment! When we arrived we were too early for check-in but our bags were stored pending...

The Borromeo hotel is within easy walking distance of Roma Termini station. It's a busy road, but we were undisturbed by traffic in our room on the third floor facing the street. We had a good-sized en-suite room and two quiet and comfortable nights, followed by breakfast (included in the price) on the same floor. The receptionist couldn't have been...

Spent a couple of nights here in january and we were very impressed. The staff on the reception desk couldnt do enough for us, they even allowed us to check in early. The rooms were clean, warm and that shower! Fantastic! There was even a safe in the room which was a bonus. Couldnt be better location wise, on a...

The hotel was located just a few minutes from the Colosseum. The breakfast provided was excellent and served on their cute roof area. The room was very nice, (a tad small if you're American and used to bigger areas but the two of us were quite comfortable there). The staff was friendly and provided us with a map of all...

You obviously didn't filter this property if you were not a budget traveller. And if you are, this is good enough. On the positives, the location is spot-on,-equidistant between Rome Termini and the Colosseum. So, what more could you ask for? The airconditioning really works and the beds are clean. Rooms are also clean. And the reception was courteous and...
