Very happy with all aspects of this hotel. Stayed privately and with tour group. Room clean, good size with air conditioning. Breakfasts great with lots of choices. Used laundry service - pricy but happy with it. Wifi strong in lobby. Great restaurants and atmosphere just around the corner. ATM close by. Staff very polite and helpful. Location great, could walk...

We couldnt fault this hotel. Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful. The location is superb. So many nice restaurants down the street and 5 mins from colosseum etc. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, close to the Colosseum and just one stop away from Termini. Many restaurants in the area and a convenience store right across the street. We rented three single rooms. All of them were nice and clean rooms with air conditioning. They also had a good selection in the mini bar. Poor breakfast and pricey wi-fi, but everything else...

Can't beat the location of this hotel. Well within walking distance of the colosseum and other major attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby that aren't tourist traps. Stay away from the cafe across the street however--we didn't eat or buy anything there once we saw the prices. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was over and above any others...

My family and i just left this hotel after staying 3 nights . The hotel is in an excellent location, 5 minute walk to colosseum, 3 minute walk to metro and bus stops, 15 minute walk to Termini station and literally on a main street with shops and restaurants. The hotel is well kept, clean and comfortable. We were disappointed...

Traveled Italy for 2 weeks and stayed in 4 places....this one was the only disappointment of the entire trip and its easy to explain why. When we arrived from Positano we were greeted with "we cancelled your reservations". Huh!! They were cancelled the night before we arrived because of a glitch that could have been solved with a simple phone...

Dear guests are you sure you are talking of the Grand Hotel Palatino in Rome ? The 12th floor has not been built yet - we only have 8 floors . When you give a credit card to guarantee a reservation the credit card must have enough credit to guarantee it . If you can confirm that you are talking...

I think that the hotel is not providing 4 star service or breakfast, but only 10mins walk to Colosseo and other major tourist attractions.

Booked this hotel as my wife's second stay, not as good as she remembered. Check in is slow and the employes are arrogant, this fits exactly how the whole hotel is run. Breakfast is stale and gross, even if you have low expectations. The rooms are quite small for the price. Location is the high point but still not great....

I just came back from Rome after staying 4 nights in this hotel. For some people it might be a good location. But for us, having kids, we had to take a taxi to move around the town. The metro station is around the corner, that was handy. Next time I will choose something closer the city centre. The staff...
