There are several hop on-off lines; we used the original hop on hop off line. I think the others are very similar.

From the Amalfi, walk to Termini and take the express train to Leonardo airport. Simple, quick, and cheap. BE CAREFUL and make sure to give yourself plenty of time (especially if you're unfamiliar with Termini !)
