Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere, friendliness of the staff and location. The rooms were very comfortable. The amenities were good and the food served there was also good. This is directly across the street from the US Embassy and there was always Italian police and Italian military on the street corners so it made...

Room was spacious and decorated lovely. Bathroom toiletries provided were lovely too . Location was great, within walking distance to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain and lots of lovely and reasonable restaurants around. Helpful staff, but disappointed no one went the extra mile to make the stay memorable on my birthday despite being informed and holding my information on...

The hotel is quite lovely, the rooms are newly renovated but the air conditioning is uncontrollable, I couldn't change the settings. The service is average, the breakfast isn't that good for I've seen flies near the fruit section and the waiters didn't assist us, I had to even call them to serve us coffee. The food isn't quite fresh and...

We arrived late at this hotel having checked a number of hotels in the area for a long weekend. We were checked in to 2 disabled rooms which were not what was booked being able bodied. Freezing cold, blasting loud music (albeit midnight) first impression was poor. Bathroom facilities without shower curtains and a view reminiscent of movie scenes from...

Prices are irritating, it feels like they are trying to make money on every little thing, like low quality bread at the breakfast and poor expensive food on the room service. It feels kind of stingy charges for using cutlery and dishes on the room and is a pity because at least for me spoils a stay. It is in...

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
